Cute and Cozy Family House

We had a great time staying at this house on Tybee. It was walkable to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, daiquiri shop, and pier. The house has been creatively set up to host four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living areas. The kids loved the tank pool and easy access to tvs (one in each room!). It was cozy enough to not feel worried the kids would wreck it and nice enough to feel like a splurge.

A Great House

This property was amazing. This house was great for a family with teens, it felt like us parents had our own space away from the hustle of the kids. Very relaxing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. We definitely will stay here again.

Roomy vacation stay with my sisters

We enjoy the house and each of the 4 of us having our own bedroom. There is one room where the bed definitely need to be replaced so we can to sleep two up but it was fine because 2 of the beds are king. Good air conditioning and good pillows. The only drawback is the main living room in the front is incredibly dark just a one lamp beside the couch and two wall light but the table-of course the pictures look light and bright. The communication with the agency was outstanding -very responsive-very important feature and I would book again and make sure I use this agency

House with lots of character (some minor issues) and great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. The centralized location on the island is just a short walk to beach, 7 minute walk from out the door to hitting sand. This was great for our overall experience. We had two families staying together on our trip and the orientation of the house was quite conducive for this with the two kitchen areas and two bathrooms as well.However unfortunately, on our first night we discovered the garbage disposal and dishwasher in the main kitchen were not functioning. The property managers were quick to respond and asked us to try a few different things to trouble shoot. When none of these worked, they informed us they'd send someone to fix the issue the next day. To our knowledge they never came out to fix the problem as the garbage disposal and dishwasher never worked in that kitchen during our four night stay. Additionally, the toilet in the bathroom beside the main kitchen took an incredibly long time to fill back up after flushing, and if you had two people that needed to go relatively soon after one another, you had to fill the tank yourself from the sink. We still enjoyed our stay, but these issues were certainly inconvenient. Ultimately, it was disappointing that we were told someone would come to fix the garbage disposal (which caused drainage issues in the sink) yet the issue was never resolved.Cool house with lots of charm and character but you'll probably face some minor issues that an old house and plumbing can cause.
