Experience the best of Tybee Island at Brass Rail 315! This 3-bed, 2.5-bath coastal condo on the third floor is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Tybee Pier. Plus, it's just 30 yards from the beach! Relax on your private balcony and soak up the sea breeze while you enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation on Tybee Time.
Prepare to be welcomed by the open floor plan that features a spacious living and dining area. The living area, which opens up to the expansive furnished balcony, features a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The private balcony is a highlight of this coastal condo with ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.
Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for added luxury. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

Great Beach Weekend for SCAD Move Out
We came to move our freshman from SCAD back home to Nashville. We stayed through Sunday so we could have a few beach days as a family. This condo was perfect! It was right next to the main road and a quick and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful memories.

Very nice and clean condo. In the heart of Tybee, with close walking distance to beach and many establishments. Huge wrap-around patio, nice pool and hot tub. Personal elevator goes from car assigned parking spot straight up to door. We had a great experience.

Fantastic place. Spotless. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked great. Comfy beds and plenty of linen and towels. Convenient location. Pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach. Beaches are beautiful and about a two minute walk. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
