Perfect location!

Location to town and beach were perfect! Communication with property was simple, even when we had to add our pet to our trip. The house is lovely and super cozy, lots of stairs, but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Loved being next to the Tybee theatre!

nice place, nice location

We enjoyed our stay here, location was good, beach access just down the road - 5 min. walk. This unit realistically sleeps only 5, unless you want someone sleeping on the couch - or use a blow up mattress (which has a leak), The sofa is NOT a pull out, but the chair in the 3rd small office is a pull-out single/twin bed. Overall the condo was very lovely, very clean and had all the cooking supplies needed. Rooms were nice, and beds comfy - very nice overall; just need to clarify the sleeping situation.

Great location

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Inside the rental was clean, comfortable bed. However the outside of the house looks rundown a bit. A good powerwash and trimming the weeds and plants as you enter the front door would be nice. I was afraid to step on the front deck to enjoy the view because the railing looked like they were coming apart from each other. Had a maintenance issues in the shower but it was taken care of very quickly. Overall it was a great stay though. The outside just needs some TLC.

lots of dirty dishes were in the cupboards. Some of the utensils still had peanut butter on them. therefore, we had to wash a lot of the dishes before we use them.

AWESOME PROPERTY

I'm afraid to write this review because I may never get to stay here again because it was such a magical experience. I took my family (two young children) for a rest at the beach. The property is walking distance to the beach for starters and walking distance to the lighthouse (15-20mins). It is also around the corner from TWO icecream shops! The kids were on cloud nine. The two decks on the property also meant lovely hang out spaces. We watched the sunrise from the living room every morning and one morning we went to the beach for the event. I remember this vacation fondly and I thank the team taking care of us.

Perfect distance to the beach,great location was never super crowded in our area!!

The property was great,even better the second day when my son discovered the dumb waiter(3 stories) my only ehh was there was not a broom anywhere to be found and that drove me a little nuts because the vacuum didn't pick up all the sand well in tiled areas,and the bonus room pull out could be replaced a little uncomfortable (I called it the jail cot haha) but overall wonderful place and as always great time in tybee!!

Close to the beach

Easy walk to beach and some restaurants. Great location. Near big park also. Beds are great with TVs in rooms. Full house amenities were useful. Thanks!

Great location

The condo was beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The views from the two decks were wonderful. Bring your own beach gear. The check in process was easy, but we weren’t originally given a code for the keyless entry. It did take 2 days to get that up and fully working, but management was responsive and we were still able to get into the townhome without delay. It is just a short walk to the beach, but do bring your wagon if you plan on taking anything heavy with you.
