La habitación está grande, las camas y almohadas son cómodas, el problemas es que el baño huele a humedad, no se va el agua de la regadera, te llega el agua hasta los tobillos, no hacen la limpieza diaria, el personal es amable, pero a pesar de que les preguntamos por la limpieza nos arrecieron darnos toallas limpias, pero que no harían el aseo hasta el día siguiente que sería cuando dejamos la habitación. El desayuno es muy básico, solo café, té, jugo, leche, fruta y bagels.

3 room suite. We arrived closer to 4:00pm and according to the front desk staff the room was not ready yet due to the previous guests leaving their luggage. My bf requested a discount and I didn't want to cause issues so I suggested a late check out for the next day. The front desk staff said she would speak to the owner. The owner called himself the "manager" and he agreed he would give me until 2pm check out the next day which I thought was fair. I requested a print out of the 2:00pm check out in which he agreed. We went to get food and even had our luggage held in their room while our suite was "not ready" which had printers set up next to the check in area. By 615pm suite is still not ready the manager offered us refreshments and drinks while we wait. I confirm that we can check out the following day at 2:00pm like he said earlier and he checks again that supposedly I'm not a diamond or gold member which I never said was (I don't even know why he had the idea that I was) and the best he can do is 12:00pm. REALLY!! This is when I go off on him and he brings up me booking through a 3rd party. He was the one late on having my suite ready! And to the owner Alex**No WONDER YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED. The staff seem to hate their jobs and you have the nerve to raise your voice and be disrespectful TO guests and your employees! It literally blows my mind how disrespectful and uncomfortable I felt.**NEVER again will I book here. I will book closer to JT or pay for a nicer hotel.

The room did not have any cups. When they cleaned the room they took out the old towels but didn't replace them with new. The people were fine when you could find them but you should tell them if they are going to yell at each other, do it out of customer earshot.

Hotel and room were very clean, and it had a really cool shower. Desk staff were indifferent, wouldn't smile or say hello when we came in or Thank you when we left. No microwave or coffee pot. Not even plastic cups; I had to go to the lobby to get a paper cup so I could drink water. No ice bucket. Used to be a Best Western, and I stayed there 2x. But I won't go there again.

Some of this may not be the Hotels fault. There were no cups or silverware, Bowles etc. in the Kitchen. Stop putting Kids on the second floor. Maybe no insulation or something to deaden the sounds from the room above. Families with kids belong on the first floor.

Very clean room and loved the breakfast in the morning. They have alternative milk options and plenty of tea and coffee. Would stay in again. Only thing that threw me off was no microwave or ice bucket.

Clean room, easy access to the main street. Breakfast, though not huge choices, there was plenty for us. Super friendly staff to us and our dog. Very dog friendly, in fact. The only complaint I have is the coffee makers not being in the rooms. I made due with having to wait for the coffee to be made in the eating area (6am). However, everything else was great.
