Upon trying to check in we found out that there was no key in the lock box. Tried many times to call the mobile number that was provided by Salt PM without an answer. It was raining, dark and we had no idea what to do. Finally someone responded to a text message and we had to wait a further 30 minutes for her to deliver the key. Terrible service by Salt PM. Will not stay in this house again due to the poor service from the agent.
