The place is incredible. I can’t believe I never been there before the staff is super kind Tania, Veronica, the gentleman that takes care at night there. Florentino has a grumpy face but is a good man. The facilities are super in good care, clean, spectacular view will definitely ll”be back. El lugar es increíble, no puedo creer que nunca había estado ahí. El staff súper amable, Tania Verónica, el señor que cuida y vive ahí Super amables. Florentino, poco mal encarado, pero buena gente. Las instalaciones súper bien cuidadas, limpio, espectacular. Definitivamente voy a volver.

We went there no one recived at reception but a simple person woke there like a garden person, WiFi was not working, we went at room I paid for the lake view But was trees view, I went to the restaurant inside the hotel I find in my hamburger A peace of metal I will not go back there for sure

The place was decent for the location. The view is beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The staff made my stay pleasing. I would recommend the restaurant, it was delicious. I would have to recommend that AC units be installed in the bedrooms. Most outlets did not work, the screen door was broken, and the wifi service was not great.

Rivera de Moras es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos desde hace 5 años, y ahora que también tiene hospedaje he ido 2 veces a quedarme en este año. El precio se me hace accesible y me encanta la facilidad del restaurante para desayunar y comer ahí mismo, la vista al lago es preciosa y algunas habitaciones tienen buena vista y jacuzzi. Cuenta con una pequeña alberca. El personal es muy amable siempre. IMPORTANTE, no cuenta con servicio de restaurante en la noche, pero hay varias tiendas y changarros para salir a cenar cerca. Aunque es pet friendly, cada mascota tiene un costo extra en el hospedaje y puede salir más caro que un invitado adicional.

La alberca estaba sucia y el agua helada, supongo no era templada (no recuerdo si hacían referencia a eso al momento de reservar)! Muy descuidada esa parte de la alberca, hasta llegaba un olor feo (baño/regadera). En las habitaciones que cuentan con jacuzzi deberían agregar baño de burbujas y hasta un frigobar le daría plus (sugerencia). La habitación en general cumple con lo que ofrecen y se descansa (aunque si eres de sueño ligero por estar cerca de carretera puedes oír pasar a trailers y demás)

Muy buena atencion de la recepción. Aunque llegamos antes del check in, revisaron si era posible entregarme la habitación antes, amablemente señalándonos que harían todo lo posible pero que no era seguro. Al final si lo lograron.
