The property itself wasn’t terrible. It’s the $100, then $53 taken out of my account, on top of the $80 stay. I was told there was going to be a $100 hold on my account. As much as I did not agree or understand, fine. But it was not a hold. The whole amount was taken out of my account, and then another $53.00. Because of that, my account has gone in to overdraft, and I have to wait seven days for it to be deposited back into my account. This has put me in a terrible spot. I was told a $100 hold on my account, instead I had an extra $153 taken out of my account. It’s just out me in a terrible position this week. Because now it going into overdraft, I have a $30 fee. So this hotel stay so far has cost way more than it should. So just beware of extra money being taken out of your account, then waiting a week for it to be deposited back in!

This place was horrible! I've had to stay at worse hotels for game day and yet this one is even worst. The microwave howled, the mirror had layers of dust, the tv was more static than sound and the toilet was unforgivable...not to mention the constant smoking and loitering outside the hotel. The manager agreed to a refund of the remaining night and then refused to do it after we checked out, so not only is this hotel deplorable, management is not trustworthy or honest. You'd be better off sleeping in your car....

My only regret was that I was only passing through for one day. I did not get to enjoy their beautiful. Their staff was amazing and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Will definitely stay here again

Awful, what a slum. My employee had to leave in the middle of the night because people were knocking on his door. He felt unsafe. We tried to get a refund and they refused. Poorly operated “hotel” DO NOT STAY HERE!

This roach motel has a name that was very deceiving. I thought staying at a Wyndham was supposed to be a nice place. I stayed for a week and every single day there was issues with my stay. The first day the tv didn’t work. I was kept up all night by dogs running around above my room. I was told they live there by the staff. The room was filthy. Urine and pubic hair on the toilet seats residue on the counter tops. The second night, after I asked for the tv to be fixed, I was moved to the adjacent room because they couldn’t fix the tv. Every single day I had to get new keys to the room because the old worn out swipe cards would no longer work. The next room was not much better. The refrigerator ticked the entire time. When I mentioned it to staff I was informed that the owner did not care to improve the property. The one washer and dryer cost a total of $7 to wash clothes. Needless to say I didn’t use the facility. The shower head had broken off and was hanging on the hand rail. I ended up attaching it with a string so I could take a shower. When I came on day three, I went to get my daily new key, I was informed the shower was fixed. All they did was remove my string and place it back on the handrail. I hung it back up using a string for the rest of my stay. Every night there were people smoking drugs outside of my room. The air conditioning would drag the drug smoke into my room. After speaking with the local fire dept I was informed that meth addicts live at the hotel

Run Down Old Motel

I expected much more from a Wyndham hotel. This is a run down motel. It was remodeled at one time but the pictures provided on the web site do not reflect the current condition. I knew we were in trouble after checking in. We first see a broken down car with expired tags that has been sitting since January 2025 (tag expiration date) and was full of junk. When we entered the room it smelled of mildew. The couch was nasty and the cushions were flat. There was no desk in the room which I needed for work. I went back to the front desk to complain and was offered a different suite. I was given the new keys and went to the new room but the keys did not work (red light flashing). I then went back to the front desk and told the clerk I would give him one more chance. He swapped with brand new key cards and I tried the door but again it would not open (red flashing light). I went back to the front desk and told the clerk we won't be staying here. We were given a refund. The clerk did apologize and handed me the receipt documenting the refund. I will upload the photos showing the issues.

This was by far the worst, outdated and smelliest place I’ve ever stayed at. I figured because it was a Wyndham property that it should’ve been half decent. Wrong, smelled like urine, the mini fridge was so old that the door was completely rusted, furniture was at least 20 to 30 years old if not more. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place by all means.
