Room codes were changed and my wife and I were locked out of our room after a late game. Lobby was locked. Had to go to a nighttime teller window for new keys. We got the new keys and found the room had not been cleaned and no clean towels or washcloths left. No answer for room service or at the front desk. Had to go back down to the nighttime teller window for towels or washcloths. Terrible service.
Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff. We found some dark hairs in the tub but otherwise room was clean. The bed was very comfortable
Room not cleaned after first night. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet ran unless I fixed the issue. Sunlight can be seen thru the gaps around the outside door.
Overall the stay was good. The only issue was the doors were a bit hard to open with there keys.
We stayed here for a football game weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.
My wife had tickets to see Kenny Chesney for our anniversary and when we got there we were disappointed. The year before we stayed at one of your hotel's at the beach and it was wonderful! •Describe the service you experienced - no service at all. Its like the employees did not want to be there. •Tell us how you liked the room - The room had bugs, not clean and just run down. •Talk about the location & amenities - Location was ok, not much amenities. •Say what you liked best & least - Honestly, there is nothing to say about this location. I hope our next stay will be much better.
The property is old, and is showing its age. Not my first choice. Our room was not cleaned during our second day. Over priced because of game day weekend.
Looking for a room in Tuscaloosa for UA parents' weekend in the Fall is very challenging. The hotel where we normally stay was booked 3 months ahead. While the Baymont is not near UA, the location is fairly decent (~ 15 min. drive to campus-longer with traffic ) and just about everything you may need is close by. This particular weekend (9/15-17) the room price was increased around 250%. The room certainly needed some maintenance (painting, bathroom etc.) ; however, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. So I give it high marks for service as the staff was very nice and pleasant !
The bed was noise like if I was doing something you know, breakfast room was a bit small, not good movie channels The staff was nice and friendly, professional,they know their job Near to several options to eat
i would like to personally say that the Baymont in Tuscaloosa reflected the true meaning of customer service. they were so helpful in the hardest of times for as we fled hurricane Irma. they gave us security and the best welcome. the manger and her staff should be awarded for all they did during this difficult time. they are a credit to wind ham and them delvers . Will strongly recommend this facility thank You form the heart
