The beach and area was great overall. We really enjoyed the clam shells that let you cover yourself from the sun as much or as little as you'd like. The sand was lovely and you don't have to worry about rocks or seaweed. The kids staying at the hotel were in the pool, so I didn't use it too much as it was much louder. We had a few odd issues overall. To start, our luggage took several hours to be delivered from the lobby to our room. The welcome note in our room as also addressed to somebody else, so it seemed like they switched our rooms at the last minute. The AC unit in our room was also broken for the first few days. We had to have them look at it on two separate occasions to get it fixed. To the credit of the Hotel they gave us a credit toward food, for our discomfort. It's still one of the AC units that shuts off when it doesn't detect motion, so it go pretty hot at night. The food is good, but limited in variety. I stayed about a week, and it was starting to get tiresome. There are some good places nearby, but given the taxi prices it's not that easy to get around.

The Palms is a beautiful property with conscientious and attentive staff. All the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Food and drinks are expensive, but well worth the price. This is a very quiet resort (no loud music, no parties) with the most amazing beaches. We had an amazing, relaxing stay.

This is our third time to The Palms and it was by far our best trip! We had tried another resort on the island a couple of years earlier but soon realized why we loved The Palms so much. The layout is superb with a beautiful view of Grace Bay from the pool, hot tub or adult only lounge area. The stretch of beach is wide and deep, allowing for plenty of room for guests, even when it's peak season. It's close to town (solid 15 min. walk) and should you wish to enjoy any off resort beach excursions, most boats arrive for guests right next door to the resort. It has a great breakfast buffet, daily, in their outdoor garden area. Both Parallel 23 and 72 West restaurants onsite have different fare that will likely appeal to most if not all. Plunge is also great for drinks and lunch (& has a terrific swimup bar). Lastly, their spa is purely blissful and not to be missed. Most of the staff have been there for years and take such pride in everything they do. They are warm, respectful and have smiles and laughs that are contagious! We will be back again!

The whole staff was amazing. Ariker garland the head concierge, all of the ladies at the front desk, the pool and beach attendants were welcoming and so very helpfull. A cold towel and glass of sweet cucumber juice on arrival was a nice touch.Eaton, Danny and the crew were amazing at the beach bar....my wife`s spa experience was wonderful. The room was better than expected. Even the cab drivers went out of their way to be nice. Just an fyi there is a 12 percent govermnet tax on everything and they do add 15 percent to meals for an automatic gratuity....

An Amazing hotel. Delicious Food. I say it again, DELICIOUS food. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and as easy on you as possible. Cant say enough great things.

Loved everything about this hotel!! The beach is the best I have ever seen.... Crystal clear water with white powder sand! It is a very low key resort. We rented bikes and toured the shops nearby. We took long strolls on the beach. Next door, the Somerset, had nightly themed dinners and entertainment.

Went to the Regent Palms for a 10 year anniversary trip. The help was friendly and always willing to help, The grounds were very well kept. The food was delicious. The beach amazing. After walking both directions, the Regents section definitely did have the best section of beach. Borrowed bikes a couple of times and rode into the Regents Village are where there was great shopping and food. Definitely would go back again.

The Regent Palms Turks & Caicos is a great hotel located right on the beach. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a beautiful experience!

We stayed at the Regent Palms on our honeymoon. We were greeted with a cool drink upon arrival and had strawberries and champange waiting with a congratulatory note in our room. The hotel grounds were beautiful, quiet and serene. The staff was helpful, friendly and the service was exceptional. And the bartenders made the most amazing drinks. We had the beach virtually to ourselves. This was the most relaxing and peaceful vacation ever. Absolutely love this resort.

got stuck at the hotel during a hurricane...no complaints other than we couldn't get to the beach! Wish the circumstances would have been a bit different. Fantastic food and facilities though!

Disclaimer: We chose to stay at the Regent Palms because it was one of the two hotels where the wedding party and guests were staying. So glad we did! While it's not an economical splurge I'd do often, it was definitely worth it. A few of the wedding guests stayed at further removed locations to cut costs and they paid the price in time and missing out on certain events. Transportation on the island isn't always easy to find. The amenities included your basic (pools -- infinity and otherwise, gym, snorkeling etc) to the more fun (paddleboarding, awesome once you find your balance!) If possible, go off site for food since their food can be a bit hit or miss and overpriced. Plus there are some great spots to explore on the island.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for our babymoon. We stayed at the Regent in Berlin (which was amazing) and had high expectations. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The grounds at the hotel are beautiful as are the pool and the rooms. (Junior Garden View Suite). The only issue we had was the service- it was not consistent. The managers we met were great. However, some of the staff were not helpful and borderline rude. Some of the staff at the concierge seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance in making reservations for restaurants. Also- Parallel 23 was great but the restaurant by the pool was extremely bad. The fish taco had weird fishy taste… the jerk chicken wrap had cardboards in it- when we complained about it- the staff laughed at us and did not appear apologetic in any way. Overall though- I was very happy with the hotel. Would definitely return!!

This is a wonderful hotel, it has amazing restaurants and amenities. THe spa was named as one of the top in the caribbean recently.. it is just an amazing place!

A/C broken 2 nights - had to move at midnight on my last night there. It was slow season but service was extremely poor. People were super nice that worked there but either just didn't care or were incompetent or both. Food was definitely the low point. Really expected better but it was Sysco quality at Ritz-Carlton price points. I want to like this place but so many reasons for me not to after this stay.

Love this place! The pool is one of the coolest I've ever been in. Everything is very well kept and there is a keen attention to detail throughout, you won't be disappointed!

When I booked this room (king bed with pullout couch) I was expecting it to be a tight fit for my family of four (two teenage kids) but it was amazing -a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen and luxurious balcony. The staff was so nice - concierge was very helpful in setting up activities. The beach was gorgeous. The food was delicious - we especially liked the swim up restaurant at the pool. Snorkle gear, paddle boards, Hobie Cats and kayaks are all included. Parasailing, kiteboarding, jet skis, snorkle tours are all available for additional costs. The food was great! Parallel 23 -the main restaurant at the Regent Palms was the best meal we've ever had as a family. It was pricey but the food and service was top notch! A suggestion: figure out a better system for Hobie Cat usage. There was alot of miscommunication about who was next to use it and there was/was not a sign in sheet. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is truly paradise! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond. The grounds, pool, ocean and beautiful flowers make this stay wonderful. Upscale, peaceful resort. Very expensive to eat there!

Staff, location, restaurants, weather, facilities, pool, ocean. This place has it all! We would definitely stay here again and hope to someday, highly recommended! Twice a day room service, excellent meals, free bikes to take to town which is only a mile away, free kayaks, paddle boards, hobie cats. Can walk the beach to most other restaurants and entertainment. We loved it. Eat at Seven, Coco Bistro, Coyaba and Parallel 23 at the resort, all great places.

This hotel was recommended by a friend but after looking at the photos online, I could not imagine that it would be "that good". Well...it was! In fact, it was better! The entire staff is amazing, the room was outstanding, the location is perfect! No joke...this place is the place to stay! The minute I walked in, I was already planning my return trip!!

The Palms is a beautiful resort with a perfect beach. The staff is very friendly and most are very helpful but at times was told to ask someone else. I was also shocked how expensive all of the foods and services were. The quality was typically high, but still hard to justify the costs. Also, there were lots of very young children and baby mooners. Not really a party atmosphere.
