We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort's garden and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The only downside was the soap and shampoo provided, so we recommend bringing your own. The on-site restaurant was pretty good, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We especially loved that the tours we booked picked us up right at the beach—super convenient! Plus, there are really good restaurants within walking distance. We would 100% recommend this place!

A Romantic Getaway for Two

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Turks & Caicos for his birthday weekend and we decided on this hotel for the location (right on Grace Bay beach) and the affordability in comparison to surrounding hotels. The hotel was clean, has 2 nice pools, a hot tub and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. Herby and Jay at the bar were super awesome and so sweet! We loved them! The food at the hotel was great as were the drinks. The hotel is only about a 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, so you can be beachside in no time! Grace Bay beach was gorgeous, the water is clear blue, the sand is clean and I highly recommend this hotel and island.

Everything about the Royal West Indies was perfect. Staff very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. One suggestion would be to have a water station for the guests.

Very nice grounds but the rooms are dated. There was some issues with the water being turned off for several hours but it was due to a leak beyond their control. Would have been nice to know this at the time of check in since I was later told it had been off all day. There was no manager on property to deal with all the furious Guests and I felt bad that the staff was left to deal with the issue of no water. To make up for the inconvenience, the Manager gave us a restaurant voucher and champagne bottle the next day. Some may have gotten something different, Im not sure. Overall I enjoyed my stay but it would have been more comfortable if the rooms were more updated i.e. better bed, softer sheets, updated bathroom, etc. If you have a few extra dollars I recommend staying somewhere else. But if you are on a budget and this is the best possible option, you might be okay.

The room was beautiful, the restaurant on site was exceptional. Unfortunately on our last day an influx of loud guests were below us and it lasted all day and night. We were delighted to be placed in a unit above the quiet pool. They played expletive rap & house music day and well into the night. They also fought outside their room on the first floor patio about everything you can imagine. Cursing each other out until about 1am. We could hear it in our rooms and we saw security pass them a few time just smiling and waving. We did not feel comfortable calling the front desk. We are from NJ and NYC. We are used to loud music and sounds of partying. This was excessive and frankly unacceptable. Lovely resort but probably would not return.

Very nice resort with large confortable rooms, we had the one bedroom ocean view suite It was large and very comfortable. Staff are supet nice and very helpful. One point I read on a couple of websites that this resort is adult only. It is not there were childrea in the resort. There is a quiet adult only pool. The grounds, beach and ocean are beautiful. The on site restaurant is very good and we ate most of our meals there. Nothing to do with this property but the island is extremely expensive so be ready!!
