18th century country house with swimming pool 20 min from Turin

Ideally located in very quiet area just outside Turin (20 min from historical center) with large walled garden (1000m2) swimming pool (private: 9X4m) and pigeon tower, located on 12 acres of private land. The 18th century country house is still in its original state and has a total surface of approx. 400m2. The house is divided into two independent living areas, the low part (which used to be occupied by the ministry) is permanently let. This neighbor has his own piece of garden and has access to his house through the shared garden gate (but has no access to the pool when there are guests) The part that we rent to guests is the whole "gentleman" farm and consists of a kitchen, dining room, study, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and lounge with large terrace.

This country house offers an ideal base for a family or friends to visit the beautiful city of Turin or the entire Piedmont region (where it is not teeming with tourists like in most other Italian cultural cities) After a day of city, mountains, wine hills or sea you can enjoy the quiet surroundings, the sun and of course the pool.




The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. A beautiful house in a great location, only 25mins from Turin.

My family and I had the most wonderful 3 weeks here. Clarien was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is so full of history and character, if you are looking for a real Italian farmhouse then this is a great place to stay. The pool was gorgeous too, really well maintained and surrounded by a lovely garden. This was such a perfect holiday, popping in to Turin to the market in the morning then relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. We would highly recommend as it really is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a beautiful part of Italy.

Perfect verblijf

We hebben zeer genoten van het verblijf. Het is een groot huis dat met liefde gerestaureerd is door de eigenaar. Vanuit het huis ben je snel in Turijn maar ook in allerlei kleine stadjes in de buurt. Ook voor wandelaars is er veel te doen. We hebben een paar heel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Het huis is ruim van opzet met verschillende ruimtes en een ruime eetkeuken. En een heerlijk zwembad natuurlijk.

Een heerlijk huis met een grote tuin en een fijn zwembad.

Karakteristiek huis met mooie grote kamers met de sfeer van vroeger. Fijne badkamers, wasmachine en internet dat in een deel van het huis goed is. Gezellig geluid van kippen van de aangrenzende boerderij. Pingpongtafel, veel ruimte buiten en binnen. Turijn dichtbij. Een aanrader voor wie van een sfeervol Italiaans huis houdt!

Bon spot pour un séjour en famille dans la campagne de Turin

La maison est incroyable, grande et dans son jus, on se croirait dans un château, très sympa avec les enfants. Dans les environs, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à part visiter Turin, d'autant qu'à la mi-août beaucoup de choses ferment dans les grandes villes et l'ambiance était très calme. Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour, la maison est bien équipée, la piscine, le jardin sont très agréables. Seul bémol, pas vraiment de possibilité de déjeuner dehors, il y a seulement une petite table. Énormément de moustiques aussi mais ça les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien !

Haus, Garten, Anwesen perfekt. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Zunächst: Wer es modern und stylish mag, für den ist es nix. Aber wer das Schöne in Schlichtheit und Natur sucht, kommt hier voll und ganz auf seine Kosten. Wir, Eltern mit zwei Jugendlichen, haben hier für fünf Nächte gebucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im Sommer wiederkehren um auch den Pool zu nutzen. April ist für Pools noch nicht Saison 😍. Das Haus is ländlich gelegen, und Hühner und Hähne der Umgebung geben morgens den Ton an. Aber es ist charmant, man ist schließlich auf dem Land. Nichtsdestotrotz hat man es zur Großstadt Turin nicht weit. Genauso wie die Berge und etliche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten, die der Piemont zu bieten hat. Zum Haus. Riesig groß. Beide Bäder (eins im EG, eins im 1. OG) neu und das unten modern. Ansonsten war es den Besitzern wichtig stilistisch in der Epoche zu bleiben. Mobiliar ist entsprechend alt. Der Cottoboden original, Decken und Wände liebevoll restauriert. Die Küche mag spartanisch erscheinen, es fehlt aber nichts. Außen: Ruhe pur. Morgens sind, wie gesagt, Hühner und Hähne nicht zu überhören, aber ansonsten richtig ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat der Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen.

Prachtig huis en betoverende plek

Wij hebben genoten van dit sfeervolle huis met zwembad gelegen in de heuvels, vlakbij Turijn. Goede uitvalsbasis voor musea (La Veneria Reale is een aanrader), de stad en de bergen. Landelijk gelegen met veel ruimte in en rondom het huis. Huis is authentiek ingericht, alles is aanwezig. Ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en Clarien was goed bereikbaar voor vragen (zoeken van een tandarts). Kiespijn was snel verholpen en wij (2 ouders, 4 tieners en 1 hond) hadden een heerlijk week.

Heerlijk groot koel landelijk huis met zeer ruime schone kamers

Wij hebben met onze drie kinderen een fantastische week gehad in dit prachtige landhuis met heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Ook ontvangst en contact met eigenaren was heel goed en erg vriendelijk. Het landhuis is zeer ruim, lekker koel en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Turijn is zeer gemakkelijk bereikbaar en een erg mooie stad met veel bezienswaardigheden. Een echte aanrader!

Mooi authentiek landhuis in de natuur niet ver van het mooie Turijn!

De paasvakantie was genieten. Hadden wat pech met het weer maar het huis was rustig gelegen, verzorgd en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Wij houden van authentiek logeren met het nodige comfort. Dat was er! Verder leuk huis om tijdens de lente of zomer te vertoeven. Ping pongtafel, zwembad, natuur. Echt een aanrader! Vlakbij de stad Turijn, makkelijk bereikbaar. Verwarming werkt ook perfect. Hoewel het een oud huis is, wordt het huis perfect opgewarmd. Daar had ik wat schrik Voor, hadden wat pech met het weer... Maar geen zorgen maken. Ook bij iets killer weer, perfect haalbaar om hier te logeren. Hebben kortom kunnen genieten van een leuk tussendoortje!
