The staff was so sweet but the property was clearly not well kept or updated

Our room smelled of strong bleach, the extra lock on the door was broken and the return air vent had a towel covering it because when the air came on it spewed water. They said they could not change our room for the night.

Homeless and prostitutes all around the area and probably inside as well. Review stating were very deceiving. An old, molded mango and orange were left in my fridge and a dirty pair of socks were left in the closet.

Not enough employees. Halls had litter in the floor, pool was cloudy, no hair dryer.

The front desk lady was absolutely awesome!! Make us feel comfortable…

The Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly there was an issue where the rooms were not cleaned before checking it was 6:00 when we arrived and they were still cleaning our room there was a lot of confusion of which rooms were clean and which rooms were not besides that everything else was okay the elevator could be updated and so can the carpets in the room bed was comfortable. We did not have a remote for the TV in our room and when we called the front desk they would not bring us one they wanted us to come down and get one

Had to wait longer for the room to be cleaned and even after the long wait, the toilet had a lot of poop that they did not cleaned. Hair inside sink after maybe someone shaved. Looked like toothpaste splattered on the sink faucets and mirrors. No TV working. After addressing the problem the man(manager) still had the nerve to be rude.

DO NOT STAY HERE Homeless people panhandling and living all around the hotel. Deceptive marketing practices! The website looked really good but the hotel was dirty, not safe, no breakfast, pool had not been available in years, over charges on my credit card, dogs in the rooms, smoking in the rooms. DISGUSTING PLACE!!

We checked in at 3pm after having booked 2 rooms a month ago. One room was for myself, and the other for my roommate. We left our rooms at 6pm to join some friends for dinner, then a night out on the town. We arrived back to the hotel at 2am after having gone through the McDonald's drive thru located next door to the hotel. We proceeded to my roommate's hotel room to eat together, then I was going to retire to my own room. After having walked in, we were followed by an off-duty staff member of the hotel, who was not wearing a badge or identified herself as hotel staff immediately. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, she also followed us with a cigarette in her hand. Once we got close to his room, the lady told us we did not look like we belonged in the hotel or that we had paid for a room. Not knowing who this woman was, we told her to mind her own business. By the time we got to the room, she was still following us. We tried to get into the room using my roommate's key, but it had been deactivated. At that point, she followed us back up to the front desk mumbling "gay trash" under her breath about us. She went behind the front desk and joined the lady working behind the counter. We showed our keys and IDs to the front desk, and quickly the woman working began to apologize. She reinstated the key for my roommate and the other woman was still arguing with us, telling us they get a lot of homeless people in the building. Mind you, we DID NOT look homeless. Disgraceful

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were friendly, next door to McDonalds and braums, Easy access and very affordable. The problems that I had while staying here were. 1 A homeless lady that had been digging in the hotels dumpster approached my vehicle screaming and shaking her fist at me. 2 A guy in the room next to us made phone calls all night (2-6am) on speaker phone, and played music loud all night. 3. The next morning I walked into braums next door and another homeless lady marched into braums screaming at the staff demanding that they tell her who called the cops on her the previous day, they ended up having to escort her outside. I wont be staying here again for reasons that are out of the Hotels control. My advice to customers would be to spend a little more to get away from this area. Advice to the hotel would be to hire a security guard to patrol the parking lot and hallways.

Run down (peeling paint, stained furniture, rusty air conditioning vents). The cigarette smoke was overwhelming!

This property really needs to be updated. Many indigents roam into the lobby restroom to take baths which leaves the restroom dirty. there is a roach/insect problem. Though I was disappointed the staff were really nice. Please update and serve some type of breakfast

Nice customer service and good breakfast if go ba k agaong

Bed and shower was nice. Everything else was run down, dirty, and noisy. Never saw anyone behind the counter when entering and exiting. Its like no one cared about the customers at all

Very comfortable and clean and quiet also good cooling unit and very cozy.

The Property was clean. The Staff was very friendly.

We had a nice, clean convenient room and the staff were very helpful and cheery. It was a great location if you are going to the Brady.

The room was in poor shape. Stained walls, fire alarm hanging down from ceiling, hotel fire alarm went off twice, elevator broke down, air conditioning unit was old and very noisy. Elevator waiting area also smelled like urine. Our tub was also still dirty after they had come to make the beds, etc. The staff were nice-no issues with them none whatsoever. The room however, left much to be desired. Even the top drawer of the dresser wouldn't stay closed. It just stayed out and in the way no matter how many times you physically shut it.
