They gave a false information, the hotel staff is not knowledgeable.

Stay here every time we go to a concert. Great place to stay.

perfect place and the staff/shuttle service were really helpful!

I have stayed here many times. It was clear that the hotel is slipping in quality at all levels...check in was overwhelmed, bar was very dismal, housekeeping was grumpy. Apparently they have plenty of business, but it is feeling like a lower quality that a select service hotel at this point. I hate to see this happen.

Average experience. Location was very convenient to the theater! Would stay again.

Ive stayed at this hotel for 2 Girls Weekends and we Loved It! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable. I love that this hotel has a shuttle that will take their guest anywhere downtown so you save on taxi fees! My last stay was not as good as the first one. My room smelled damp and one of the elevators was broken. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience. Overall, it's a great hotel that I recommend to everyone who asks.

Nice and centrally located, excellent accommodations. We would recommend it to people traveling with children

The hotel seems older and is not in the greatest of condition. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is very convenient for downtown attractions. Would stay there again if everything else was booked.

Great location, went to see Wicked in Tulsa..hotel shuttle driver took us to the venue, which was great. Rooms pretty decent and comfortable.

I stay for the night but the lock on the door was loose. The shuttle left me at the airport and was late to get me both times it showed up to get me. The hotel did not have enough people to work the shuttles the next morning so I had to get a taxi to get me to where I needed to go and so I found the hotel to be a waist of time for those who are traveling to the area and need transportation or late night meals since everything was closed by the time I finally made it to the hotel 2 and a half hours after I landed at the airport which is only a few miles away from the hotel

The staff was good! We did have a grumpy waitress at the Grill but the food was great. The location was perfect for the BOK center but there was no other restaurants in walking distance! I liked my stay! We didn't wanna walk to the BOK center ( which we could have since it's close) but the super nice bus driver took us!

This hotel was obviously upgraded recently. There wasn't even a smudge on the wall! The decor throughout is lovely, beds are very comfortable, and it was nice to have the hotel van driver pick us up at the PAC after a play.

I was there with my kids for a memorable weekend. The hotel staff was terrible. The elevators took forever and was a huge inconvenience for everyone, not just me. My son left his necklace at the pool. When we left the cleaning guy was in there to close it down, when we went back the necklace was gone and had not been returned. The staff at the little restaurant downstairs were rude and slow. The front desk asked me to "hold on" when I called down with a question, never came back and never returned the call. The cleaning ladies were very unprofessional talking loudly in the hallway complaining about what they wouldn't put up with. It was a nice modern, clean hotel with terrible staff. Not to mention it's location isn't near anything, no restaurants, shops...nothing. I won't return.

staff was nice no problems.Hotel is in down town area.I didn't have any problems. Not a scary place.Would be better for a business trip not for a family trip. There are just not any places close to eat and have fun.It is close to the river area parks and bike trails.beds were pillow top but me and my wife did not sleep good. The room was small but always clean.

Hotel was clean and service was hit or miss. Some of the staff was wonderful and others were on a power trip. The walls were thin and had to work hard not to hear the dramatics next door at night.

In town for an interview. The hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport and even took me to and from my interview the next day. Car rental is expensive in Tulsa so this was a big plus

Very nice, new, clean hotel with a very helpful staff! The only downside was the pool is so new that they had not had it inspected so we were not allowed to swim. However, the staff made a phone call and we were able to use the facilities at the Crowne Plaza just around the corner.

The check in process was quick and the people were friendly. The hotel provides a shuttle for locations within a 3 mile radius, so we were able to go to our concert hassle-free. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant that is part of the hotel, the Boulder Grill, is excellent.

The hotel amenities were FANTASTIC! However, the elevators were sooo slow and there were hardly any trolleys to carry your luggage to and from your hotel room, so we ended up having to carry a baby and all our luggage out to our car while waiting for a long time for the elevators.

Nice location in downtown Tulsa, Clean rooms, comfy beds, better than I expected. Boulder Grill was nice too
