Staff very helpful and congenial. The food in the restaurant was very good.

luv my stay ... front desk evelan was great with the mix up of names w obitz and i made the correction on line 2 the right name ... room has a great view on the 15th floor awesome... staff from house keeping were also very helpfull ... bar and resturant also top service ...jamie was great behine the bat as well has the staff...will use again and tellall my friends how top service my stay was Charles

The staff was very friendly. We went to Oktoberfest for the first time, and this was a great location to stay. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was no shower curtain for the shower, even though the curtain rod was there. That's my only complaint.

2nd time staying here for a semi annual training in Tulsa. It is conveniently located to downtown training sites, competitively priced, friendly staff, and tasty eats in the restaurant downstairs. I will stay here again next year.

Very clean room and nice atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant.

They gave a false information, the hotel staff is not knowledgeable.

Stay here every time we go to a concert. Great place to stay.

perfect place and the staff/shuttle service were really helpful!

I have stayed here many times. It was clear that the hotel is slipping in quality at all levels...check in was overwhelmed, bar was very dismal, housekeeping was grumpy. Apparently they have plenty of business, but it is feeling like a lower quality that a select service hotel at this point. I hate to see this happen.

Average experience. Location was very convenient to the theater! Would stay again.

Ive stayed at this hotel for 2 Girls Weekends and we Loved It! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable. I love that this hotel has a shuttle that will take their guest anywhere downtown so you save on taxi fees! My last stay was not as good as the first one. My room smelled damp and one of the elevators was broken. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience. Overall, it's a great hotel that I recommend to everyone who asks.

Nice and centrally located, excellent accommodations. We would recommend it to people traveling with children

The hotel seems older and is not in the greatest of condition. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is very convenient for downtown attractions. Would stay there again if everything else was booked.

Great location, went to see Wicked in Tulsa..hotel shuttle driver took us to the venue, which was great. Rooms pretty decent and comfortable.

I stay for the night but the lock on the door was loose. The shuttle left me at the airport and was late to get me both times it showed up to get me. The hotel did not have enough people to work the shuttles the next morning so I had to get a taxi to get me to where I needed to go and so I found the hotel to be a waist of time for those who are traveling to the area and need transportation or late night meals since everything was closed by the time I finally made it to the hotel 2 and a half hours after I landed at the airport which is only a few miles away from the hotel

The staff was good! We did have a grumpy waitress at the Grill but the food was great. The location was perfect for the BOK center but there was no other restaurants in walking distance! I liked my stay! We didn't wanna walk to the BOK center ( which we could have since it's close) but the super nice bus driver took us!

This hotel was obviously upgraded recently. There wasn't even a smudge on the wall! The decor throughout is lovely, beds are very comfortable, and it was nice to have the hotel van driver pick us up at the PAC after a play.

I was there with my kids for a memorable weekend. The hotel staff was terrible. The elevators took forever and was a huge inconvenience for everyone, not just me. My son left his necklace at the pool. When we left the cleaning guy was in there to close it down, when we went back the necklace was gone and had not been returned. The staff at the little restaurant downstairs were rude and slow. The front desk asked me to "hold on" when I called down with a question, never came back and never returned the call. The cleaning ladies were very unprofessional talking loudly in the hallway complaining about what they wouldn't put up with. It was a nice modern, clean hotel with terrible staff. Not to mention it's location isn't near anything, no restaurants, shops...nothing. I won't return.

staff was nice no problems.Hotel is in down town area.I didn't have any problems. Not a scary place.Would be better for a business trip not for a family trip. There are just not any places close to eat and have fun.It is close to the river area parks and bike trails.beds were pillow top but me and my wife did not sleep good. The room was small but always clean.

Hotel was clean and service was hit or miss. Some of the staff was wonderful and others were on a power trip. The walls were thin and had to work hard not to hear the dramatics next door at night.
