I booked a 2 room suite. The girl behind me booked the same type of room but she made her reservation after I made mine. She also checked in AFTER I checked in. For some reason TYLER at the front desk checked me into a regular tiny 1 room studio and when I told him about the mistake he very rudely said there is nothing he will do for me. So me and my mom are stuck sharing a bed. They offered a rollaway bed but the room is so small it won't even fit. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COST. Tyler at the front desk is rude and I believe he was being RACIST!! I'll never come back here they ruined my family's summer vacation.
Great location and the area around has lots of shopping options. The wi fi was good at this location. There is remodeling going on to make this a better stay in the future. The water pressure is great and the hot water is very good. The bedding is super comfy, great nights sleep. No issues at all in this location, hope to get back soon.
I arrived after a long flight last Friday night. I've made my reservation trough Expedia and I never had problems of reservations not being processed before. Upon arriving the front desk told me that the hotel was full and that I didn't have a reservation. It almost midnight and they told me they would help me out find another hotel. While I was contacting Expedia. To be honest I was at the front desk all the time and I didn't hear one single phone call. The receptionist was not doing anything to help to fix my problem. Finally, after around 30 minutes I got in touch with expedia and they were then looking for another hotel for me. When the receptionist realizes my paperwork was on another tray and I was already checked in. So, the hotel messed up with paperwork, didn't move a finger thinking it was my problem and in the end it was their fault. I received a key to go to my room but I couldn't open it. The receptionist came upstairs to open the room for me, and guess what? There was another guest inside. At 1am we were banging at some stranger door. Then, I had to contact expedia again to continue to find me a hotel. In the mean time, the receptionist found another room ( remember the hotel was fully booked in the beginning). At least, this time she had the decency of checking it before sending me there. What really annoyed was the careless attitude in the first time.
Hotel was under renovation during our stay, which really was not too much of a bother since we were sleeping on a brand new mattress. However, we had to ring a bell to get someone to check us in, who then came out from the back talking on her cellphone, very unprofessional. We had an issue with the toilet and called the front desk the first night. Maintenance had already left and was told it would be taken care of the next day. We informed the front desk the next morning about the situation, even told them what it was and it was never fixed. The room was very nice, other than the toilet and would recommend the hotel. Was in a very nice area of town and very convenient to everything you need.
The hotel is near local restaurants and big box stores. We had to ring a bell at the front desk to get someone to help us during checkin. The first thing you see behind the front desk is an industrial washer and dryer. Staff were pleasant. The room consisted of a fridge, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. The ice maker in the freezer kicked out ice once while we were here. We asked the front desk for ice but they said the only ice was in our room. We shared 2 cubes.
The hotel is well kept up. Our room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to shopping, casinos, and downtown. Would definately stay at this location again.
Great hotel for the price. Rated a 2 star from Hotels.com but is way better than that. Close to everything. In house (free) laundry room. Kitchenette in the room. Staff was polite, rooms were clean. These will be at the top of the hotels list if we ever need to stay again.
The first thing we noticed when we were walking up to the main door was that someone had barfed in at least five different places on the sidewalk. When I mentioned this to the check-in desk clerk, her response was that someone was working on it. It did not get cleaned up until I told one of the maintenance people. It was then cleaned up with five minutes. The check-in went smoothly. The motel staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was not able to connect to their internet. Their house business center computer did not work either. It was later the following afternoon before they finally got it working.
Always clean, comfortable rooms. Location is great - near places to shop and eat, but not by any wheres near noisy area. The decor is really nice also - very modern but relaxing and calming. Not real fond of the fact there is no king size beds - only queens. The room at the end of first floor will move and shake when someone goes out/in the side door.
- room dark and depressing, lack of daily maid service, Water was brown and dark stuff came out of faucet, smelly - No hot water for 2 days - slow water flow -Had to use bottled water - We were there as guests of an organization but would never stay there if we were on our own. Never recommend it. Limited parking due to large commercial trucks - people staying there. Very uncomfortable bed and room crowded. Had trouble getting hooked to Wifi
