Overall the property is getting dated and should be remodeled in the near future.

There wasn't anything I liked about this motel. I have a good feeling I'm not getting my deposit back, but not because I did anything to the room or anything in the room that I wasn't supposed to like smoke. No I don't think I'm getting it back because I checked in early and there was a $25.00 fee for that and then $50.00 deposit, the manager kept telling me the early check in fee went through but not the deposit. When I looked online at my banks recent transactions it showed a $50.00 charge that went through, a $25.00 charge that went through and another $50.00 charge that was declined. So Everytime I passed the front desk the manager would tell me that I needed to pay the deposit. I don't understand if I didn't pay the deposit how or why would I get the key to the room. But since he told me it wasn't paid I don't think it's going to be released back to my account. At this point this is the 3rd incident I've had using the Orbitz app or site booking a room, so this is my last time using Orbitz/ expedia For any of my travel needs.

It was convenient to find. Very quiet . The surrounding area looked secluded not a good area. But we didn't have any problems. There were signs saying park at your own risk in so many words. They are not responsible for anything missing or damage to your vehicle. 😔 Other than that the stay was nice . Breakfast was good. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We printed out boarding passes for our flight at the hotel and were very appreciative.

Personnel were accommodating and the shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated.

ROACHES! OWNED NOT CORPORATE BUSINESS! WILL NOT REFUND! FOUND A ROACH IN THE TOILET! DID NOT STAY TO SEE HOW MANY MORE WOULD COME OUT! ORBITZ CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING DUE TO PRIVATELY OWNED! DISPUTING CHARGE FOR AN UNINHABITABLE HOTEL! Disgusting! Old motel with ashtray smell! Was nothing like it was 5 years ago! “MANAGER” was useless along with staff and knew they had roaches and did not want to issue a refund. For that ridiculous price I expect a ROACH FREE PROPERTY! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE! Went to the QUINTA INN 1000000x better and same cost!

The place is a little run down. Definitely noisy. But... the price is pretty cheap and it seems like they are trying to work with what they've got.

Found the hotel clean and quiet, room was comfortable, clean and adequate. What made the hotel very acceptable was the Staff, very helpful and friendly and willing to help. Both late afternoon and morning staff were very good!

When traveling as a woman alone on business, there are several things that are priorities for my hotel. Location & safety, a clean room and decent bed, and a good hot shower. While the location of this hotel was exactly what I wanted and I always felt safe in this area, the room itself left a lot to be desired in basics. The first morning after using the shower, I had to ask at the front desk for the heat to be turned hotter on the shower and was told that they lit the pilot light on the hot water in the mornings at 8am. For a business traveler going to work at a normal time in the mornings, this is certainly not very convenient as I was well away at work by then. (Actually, I've never had this experience outside of the third world.) As for amenities, even though there were signs everywhere asking people not to remove the clocks, appliances,etc., my room did not have a clock, a working hot water heater to make tea and even a staff person from housekeeping could not make the microwave work in anything but 30 second segments. While the size and space of the room was very good, the cleanliness of the space was not satisfactory. The bed linens were excellent and clean, the rest of the room, such as carpets and corners,etc. did not seem as clean. Perhaps this is because everything was quite old and worn--in general the hotel room seemed as though it had not been updated in many years and was rather frayed around the edges. This was unfortunate especially as the room rate was raised 60% higher that the following week because of the large Gem Show that was taking place the week I was there.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was a hot buffet style and pretty good. The room is lacking of outlets to plug light into, they had 2 floors lamps that we thought the lights were burnt out but actually there was no room to plug the in to bc the one outlet behind the dresser is where everything had to be plugged in there. Great view mountain view from our room 343, a king room in the back.
