Cozy 2-bedroom guesthouse with dedicated workspace

The open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area are fully equipped and ready for your use. The main bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, closet, and a television. The second room functions as a full office but can be easily converted into a second bedroom due to its closet and twin-sized day bed. Full size bathroom, includes shower/tub.

This guest house is located on a property that also has a main house available for rent. The two houses are separated by a walkway from the carport to the backyard, and each has its own patio with seating and BBQ. The backyard is spacious and has a natural setting with a hot tub, gazebo, and table fire pit. Please keep in mind that these areas are communal. Additionally, the backyard is fully fenced for pets and added privacy.

Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a balcony or patio, and a fenced private yard.

Great place

Great little place! Was just perfect for my parents & I while we were visiting other family in town, well located for us, very large yard, nicely separated from the other house on the property, clean, comfortable! Probably the most useful item that was supplied...the lighted plug in mirror for the office/bedroom, great added touch!

Peaceful Place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Amanda was quick to respond. When our flight was delayed causing us to arrive in the dark she made a trip over to turn on the lights to help us find our way. The simple accommodations were comfortable and located just right for our purposes of visiting family not far away. Every thing we needed was provided. If the need arises again we won't hesitate to return. Thank you!

Very good location. This met all of our needs and expectation. We appreciated the availability of extra towels and washcloths. We got good looks of several Arizona raptor birds from the back yard.

Nice and clean guest house, but....

Nice and clean proprerty that could have been a very nice place to stay if not for the work taking place in the backyard for the duration of our stay. This prevented us from using the backyard in a private and quiet setting and was also at times a nuissance even when inside. Onwer should have informed us before renting of scheduled work. Also, neigbours dogs barking in the mddle of the night were an issue.
