Stayed here for a quick weekend trip from the Phoenix area. It was a nice room, just outdated and old. I had to fight with the door though since the carpet was ripped and kept blocking the door though.

The showerhead no hot water I had to call the front desk to bring me a new TV remote because the TV remote wasn’t working properly and the TV had no channel reception there was no bedspread on the bed and the room was too cold . I don’t know where there was an ice machine we were on the second floor of a sprawled out complex the room definitely was not worth $98 for a one night stay it possibly was worth around $49-$59

Our host booked a block of rooms for his daughters wedding which was being held walking distance from the hotel. The Hotel lobby was newly remodeled and quite lovely! Also the hotel offered a shuttle from the airport . . . . however, once guests began to arrive the problems began. The hotel shuttle was "out of service" forcing travelers to make other arrangements immediately upon arrival at the hotel. Once at the hotel, staff customer service was mediocre at best. Then the rooms . . . .hot. Out A/C was literally falling out of the wall and we could see outside through the perimeter cracks. The sun was beating in through the windows and the curtains were riddled with moth eaten holes. The carpets were stained. The furniture was shoddy and sometimes broken. Lampshades had holes. There were dead roaches in the bathroom, and trash in the bin when we arrived to the room. The toilet seats and shower were worn and in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some guests reported no toilet paper in their bathroom. Our bed linens appeared clean (some guests had time to purchase new sheets for their stay). Happily the wedding location down the street was lovely and family just "put up" with the hotel in order to attend the ceremony. The poor host was very embarrassed. If you book here - pre-check the room! The rooms rented out were NOT fit to be rented out in their current condition (at least without some sort of full disclosure on their current state)

The rooms were dirty, tv did not work, staff was rude and would not provide the services needed to make the stay better. One of our party members had some feces in the bed. We switched rooms 3 times during the 2 night stay.

The room we were assigned did not have a working T.V. We requested another room, however the condition of the room was worse but the T.V. Worked.

Dirty room, dirty sheets, disgusting bathroom. Over priced for what it actually is.

The room was in disrepair. The staff was rude and not helpful. They did not come to change the room until 5:00 PM when we were taking a nap and would not come back later.

Where can I begin? I suppose a list will have to suffice. I made a reservation 4 months ahead for a "Presidential Suite" for my use at a conference, upon arrival (@ 17:00) I was told that no suites were available because they were all being renovated. They then put me into a different room at the same price. When I questioned that they did in fact lower the price but not to what was listed on their website. After having to ask for a manager more they lowered the price for this new smaller room to match what was listed on their website. While walking to my room I observe a row of "Presidential Suite"(s) with guests entering and exiting. Apparently they weren't all being renovated... The showers would run very hot and then very cold at about 30 second intervals. The carpet in the room had spots that were stained and some that were "sticky". Half the lights in the room did not function correctly or at all. and the list goes on. In my opinion there is a failure on the part of management to focus on a good customer experience from allowing sub par rooms to be rented, not following up on reservation requests, to placing a raucous party outside the conference rooms where meetings are in progress.

Bathtub dirty, want drain water, sink was leaking water toilet was not flush I will not stay again bath towels was stain and looks like dirty.

I needed a place to stay while driving cross country and this place was inexpensive. The Best Western Plus I stayed at the night before was much nicer. Hotel says they are renovating and I hope my room hadn't been done yet.

My acct was charged 6 times for the two rooms I had reserved. When I spoke to the manager, she failed to take any action and every time I contacted her to check on my issue she would tell me she would be returning my call and never did. Very very very bad poor customer skills on her part.

My sister and I stayed here when she came from NC. It was conveniently located to show her some sights and easily walk to have good food.

The room my wife and I stayed in was spacious enough and yes it showed some wear. However it was very clean and comfortable. Every hotel staff member I met was very polite and helpful. Every person made you feel they were glad you were staying with them and if you had a request, they were gracious in answering your request. When traveling I really appreciate that feeling of hospitality.

The location was good and overall it is a very good value.

From the start extremely poor customer service. They even.roll.their eyes when you ask questions. We paid and checked out in 2 hours. Room smelled wful, it was hot and we were harassed by security because we did not feel we had to wear a neon pink bracelet to prove that we were paid guests. Our children didn't want to be there. I would not stay here or recomend.

Prom night for my daughter this was the perfect location so she didn't have to drive home late. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Breakfast was good, nice pool and the grounds were nice, grass.... yes its older but nice and right off the freeway. Plan to do another staycation this summer!!

If you are not interested in spending time at the pool then don't stay here - rooms are ok - had a small issue with the toilette - but was promptly fixed - but really if you are bit picky or snobby than this is not the hotel for you...however if you are just there for a day or two and are bit more rock n roll then this place serves it it up fine - POOL is GREAT - GREAT Happy Hour prices and Buffet needs some menu help - but there is an awesome Mexican-American women that works there that will make your day!!!!

From the moment I checked in with the staff I was glad I chose this hotel. Even though I requested rooms next to each other and they were not, the desk gal and manager went out of their way to accommodate me....even giving an upgraded room at same price. Social hour nice, hot breakfast was good. Nice place and would recommend to anyone.

The service was good, but the hotel room was run down and not sure if the room had been cleaned prior to us arriving. It was just not what I thought but since I have stayed in worse and it was convient to the area I need to be at early in the morning I endure the atmosphere.

1- It took 1h 10min and 2 phone calls for the hotel shuttle to get to the Tucson Int. airport (only 30 min.away, and on a Sunday afternoon with no traffic!) to pick me up. 2- The staff was in extreme distress due to the famous mineral show next door and their high occupancy. 3- They gave me a room that smelled like a fast food chain kitchen (strong fried foods odor), also very noisy from the nearby freeway. I called the front desk to try switching rooms and was told I would have to come down to speak with the manager. I did and was informed the manager was busy at the moment, although I could see him trying to fix some appliance behind the reception area. 4- I was given another room. The carpet was not vacuumed and had food crumbs and heavy dark stains all over. The TV did not work. The room was still noisy from the freeway nearby but the AC fan helped muffling it. 5- The positives: the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with very pleasant staff attending to it. 6- I am a frequent World traveler and this is my 1st time giving a less than ideal hotel review.
