It's difficult to fairly review this property, because so much of it is under construction. The renovated rooms are fine, but the bulk of the property is torn up. Old mattresses litter the parking lot and other areas, along with other renovation debris. Additionally, there is road construction going on the main road, so you enter through a U-Haul parking lot. Was almost hit by garbage trucks speeding through that entrance. Not the hotel's fault, but a dangerous spot because of the concentrated traffic. The pool area is nice, although some lounges are broken. The hot tub is inoperable, and obviously unused for some time, despite their ad. Service is very good, and quiet times (night hours) are enforced. Would I book it again knowing what I know now? No, not in its present condition, for the rate I paid. Will I book later, when renovations are complete? Depends on the rate.

We had a balcony that sadly overlooked a highway and its constant noise. Try to get a room that faces the pool. The location was excellent for exploring Old Town.

The highlight was the enormous swimming pool, in which I was always the only swimmer. The hotel is at the fringe of a quiet residential neighborhood. Also near the river park.

Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Well cared for hotel.

Old and dirty with a facelift. The room was stripped bare of any comfort or practical touches. Just a dump.

There were orange trees outside our room window. The technology for the room privacy or room cleaning was new to me. The high school orchestra was practicing and I enjoyed listening to them. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I was a little concerned at the exterior, but from the time we checked in (excellent service) we saw the interior was beautiful and updated. Very pleased with what we got for the price we paid!

My family and I stayed here during the COVID-19 pandemic. All of the staff distanced and wore protective gear. The hotel was not crowded. The room was clean. The grounds were well kept and my child enjoyed the fruit trees.
