Nothing unique. No landscaping or outside areas to enjoy.

I’ve read other reviews and I agree that the overall hotel is just dated.. truthfully just new carpeting would fix the issue. The staff is very nice.

Property is sold and run down. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was not super clean and carpet was dirty. Thank God we were only there 7 hours to sleep.

Our flight got in very late, after midnight. Front desk cleck sent courtesy van to pick us up asap which was very much appreciated.

Hot water for the shower and basin took a while to get hot. The free hot breakfast was great. Good choice of hot and cold items. Having sugar free syrup for the waffle was great.

My room wasn't ready at 3, so I waited in the lobby. Within a few minutes the manager apologized for the delay and gave me the key to a different room. Thank you

Beds were comfortable but the Monday morning potato sack races upstairs were disturbing. Perhaps request the top floor.

There were 3 of us in the room with 2 queen beds. We missed having 3 sets of towels about half the time we were there. . The breakfasts were great! The staff in the kitchen were very attentive to cleaning spills and keeping the hot foods replenished. The air conditioner was loud, rattled and changed pitches throughout the night. One person had to use ear plugs to sleep. Our air flight was cancelled so we missed our first night of hotel stay. We informed the hotel but were required to pay for that night anyway. Discouraging.

The proximity to the airport was important; the shuttle service, ,prompt, the "bagged breakfast" since I had to leave so early (4:45 am) a surprise and much appreciated.

I’ll start off by saying I stayed here because my wife is going through chemo and I caught the flu, so I couldn’t be around her. My room had a bad smell to the point I slept with my head under the covers. I complained about the smell and was told all the rooms smell the same, its the deodorizer they use. Not to mention there was a fake eyelash rolled up in the towels. The carpet was so dirty that by the time I got from shower to the bed my feet were filthy. After complaining the third day about the smell they finally moved me. The refrigerator broke in the one, carpet just as dirty.

Experience was good because our room was nice. Everything in the room looked newish except the bathtub which was clean but looked older. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Maye make scrambled eggs sometimes. Other than that we enjoyed it. Will probably be back

Clean, quite, great location. Scary parking lot. Was up at 4:30 am and saw very scary creatures. Came back to my room and looked them up and they were Havalinas. This was disturbing as they are not cute or good looking. I live in Co and wake up to elk and deer all the time on my property. I see wild life all the time but these Havalina’s are smelly, aggressive and intimidating. I think the hotel should do something about them, like get rid of them. Yuk, very un appealing . Otherwise inside hotel great.

When I got there, the hotel had no knowledge of my Orbitz booking. I ended up having to pay more for the room. I was and am not pleased. The hotel blamed Orbitz. I was not able to get the single kind sized bed room I had requested.

There were 3 cockroaches. Beware they were crawling in sink and near beds.

It was satisfactory. Clean enough, nice to swim, had free breakfast. But nothing was that great, and actually a little sub-par. Not the cleanest or nicest rooms ever... they felt a little grimy. But okay. Nice to swim, and pool was okay if a little cramped and also not the cleanest. The breakfast was close to every other hotel breakfast, but again, a little small, and somehow just felt a little paltry. The staff was okay too... not the nicest ever, and not awful... just kind of okay.

Hotel was nice and clean. The room was also nice and clean the pool was great. The only bad part was that the hot tub was out of order.

I stayed for four nights. When I arrived, the room had not been vacummed. There were snack crumbs on the carpet and several silver dollar sized sticky spots. The following morning I mentioned this to the front desk, but the room was never vacummed during my stay nor the carpet spots addressed. The seam on one couch cushion was torn open, and the stuffing was falling out. Of four pictures on the walls, three were crooked. Bathroom supplies were not fully replenished each day. Except for the carpet, these weren't terribly significant problems to me, but show a lack of housekeeping training, supervision, and inspection. It's the kind of thing that makes you wonder if your ice bucket is sanitary. On the good side, the AC unit was relatively quiet though the high setting had been disabled. All lights and lamps had light bulbs and worked. There was a bedspread and extra blankets in the closet - a real plus to me. I really dislike those hotels that only provide sheets and make you beg for a blanket. The full breakfast was average, but the hot stuff like egg and sausage patties were barely luke warm. There was nice variety of fruits, yogurt, and sweet rolls. No milk. Like most motels, management seems to spend the minimum on maintenance, so the usual scattering of cracked tile, missing grout, discolored & loose caulk, and wall ding issues are noticable. Not too bad. It's one of those first impression things, I guess. Overall if you're just looking for a place to sleep and aren't overly concerned with housekeeping issues, this is a fair bargain. My only real concern was the lack of response on the carpet issue.
