Sandra is the most professional, hospitable and kind person. I’ll stay at her hotel many more times.

The room was more like a suite than a room. The coronavirus pandemic limited amenities, but that was hardly the hotel's faault.

The room had left over dirty towels, the security door was taped over so that lock did not work and there were holes in the walls and other issues. Left after one night to a different.

Needs an upgrade to the rooms as well as the "breakfast area". The bathroom was very old.

Sandra front desk was very cordial. Room was dated. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

Nothing unique. No landscaping or outside areas to enjoy.

I’ve read other reviews and I agree that the overall hotel is just dated.. truthfully just new carpeting would fix the issue. The staff is very nice.

Property is sold and run down. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was not super clean and carpet was dirty. Thank God we were only there 7 hours to sleep.

Our flight got in very late, after midnight. Front desk cleck sent courtesy van to pick us up asap which was very much appreciated.

Hot water for the shower and basin took a while to get hot. The free hot breakfast was great. Good choice of hot and cold items. Having sugar free syrup for the waffle was great.

My room wasn't ready at 3, so I waited in the lobby. Within a few minutes the manager apologized for the delay and gave me the key to a different room. Thank you

Beds were comfortable but the Monday morning potato sack races upstairs were disturbing. Perhaps request the top floor.

There were 3 of us in the room with 2 queen beds. We missed having 3 sets of towels about half the time we were there. . The breakfasts were great! The staff in the kitchen were very attentive to cleaning spills and keeping the hot foods replenished. The air conditioner was loud, rattled and changed pitches throughout the night. One person had to use ear plugs to sleep. Our air flight was cancelled so we missed our first night of hotel stay. We informed the hotel but were required to pay for that night anyway. Discouraging.

The proximity to the airport was important; the shuttle service, ,prompt, the "bagged breakfast" since I had to leave so early (4:45 am) a surprise and much appreciated.

I’ll start off by saying I stayed here because my wife is going through chemo and I caught the flu, so I couldn’t be around her. My room had a bad smell to the point I slept with my head under the covers. I complained about the smell and was told all the rooms smell the same, its the deodorizer they use. Not to mention there was a fake eyelash rolled up in the towels. The carpet was so dirty that by the time I got from shower to the bed my feet were filthy. After complaining the third day about the smell they finally moved me. The refrigerator broke in the one, carpet just as dirty.

Experience was good because our room was nice. Everything in the room looked newish except the bathtub which was clean but looked older. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Maye make scrambled eggs sometimes. Other than that we enjoyed it. Will probably be back
