New on the market, this private southwest charmer with a detached guest house is sure to be the perfect space for family and friends. Stepping onto the 4 bedroom 3.5 bath property instantly immerses you in nature as the property is designated as a rapture sanctuary where you can observe hawks, families of owls living in their natural habitat. With mountain views from the front yard, a saltwater pool and cotton candy Arizona sunsets, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated at this peaceful oasis.



Main House:



The main home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a den, sun room, formal living and family room.



Kitchen: Refrigerator with Freezer, and extra Freezer in sun-room. Ice maker, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and utensils, gas stove, oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, dining table with view of pool area, access to backyard patio,



Living Room Space: Features a Smart TV for streaming.



Master Bedroom: Features a King bed and Smart TV with streaming with an Ensuite bathroom.



Second Bedroom: Features a Twin bed and Smart TV with streaming.



Third Bedroom: Features a 1 King Cal remote control adjustable bed, Smart TV with streaming and direct access to the sun-room and backyard.



Fourth Bedroom: Features a Queen bed, Smart TV



The detached 350 Sq Ft guest house features a large living area, a 3/4 bath and a kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, oven and gas stove. There is a full bed available in the guest house.

Guests have access to the main home and the detached guest house. This will not be a shared property and the guest house can only be rented along with the main home. Guest home is an additional fee.

The property is actually quite nice, and the management company (which actually runs the rental) tried to facilitate communication.However, this place is in the process of being sold: on the day of our arrival, the realtors took the keys with them, so we weren't able to enter the property for hours. A partial set of keys was eventually found, but one bedroom is in a separate building that nobody had keys for - and we were a bed short for the entire stay. We ended up finding alternate sleeping arrangements for one member of our group.To add insult to injury, instead of returning the keys and allowing us access, the realtor showed up on the second day without keys - but instead with several groups of people whom they wanted to show the property *while we were actively staying there.* They were very upset at us when we weren't willing to let strangers walk around the house we were staying in.I would recommend against renting this house, as the owners are not capable of coordinating with the realtor. Also, if you have a house for sale - based on this experience alone, I would recommend against giving any business to "Oliver Realty," which seems to have very serious communication issues between their own realtors.

Perfect for a Girls Golf Getaway

There were 4 of us for a girls golf getaway. The VRBO was at a perfect location - close to great courses, shopping, restaurants and hiking. We found the VRBO very clean, spacious and quiet. We would rent again!

Nice Gem in the Desert

My friends & I stayed for a few days as we were working with customers in the area for the week. Location is great! The kitchen has more than enough to make plenty of meals & the appliances are all updated! Nice quiet & private location in a beautiful neighborhood!
