The living room provides direct access to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this floor, offering everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays. The ground floor bathroom includes a bath, shower, and WC, ensuring full convenience for guests. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 beds, the second features a spacious double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom is generously sized with 7 beds, making it ideal for larger groups or families.
