My son and I enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was hot enough, parking was easy & access to the gondola was excellent. Just wished we brought a speaker for the projector.

The host was very responsive and welcoming. I’ll check in and check out. Information was very easy to follow. We had no issues during our stay as any question we have the host would respond right away.

We arrived to find flies on the bedding and pillows. By morning, we spotted mice running through the kitchen, multiple sightings daily throughout our stay. The fabric furniture was visibly stained.Management's response: mouse traps and a bug fogger we had to activate ourselves (and were told it wouldn't help with the mice anyway). We couldn't sleep properly, flies buzzing, mice in the cabinets. We had to store all our food in the fridge because we couldn't trust the kitchen.Professional pest control was only scheduled after our checkout. The property was not in rentable condition and should not have been listed until these issues were resolved.

Overall, we had a good stay. The condo was a short walk to the village or you could call a shuttle to pick you up. Simple process using an app (just like Uber). List your pickup location and destination. The shuttle would tell you an estimated time for pickup. This was great for skiing so we didn’t have to walk uphill to the village with our ski gear. Condo was clean. Heater worked great and used it to warm and dry up ski gear too. The bed was comfortable, but there is plenty of room for a bigger (King size) bed in the loft area. Why not have a bigger bed (just a thought)? Lots of stairs to get to the condo entrance on the third floor (50 stairs to be exact). But we got used to it after a few times. No elevator either so carrying luggage on the first day was challenging, but doable. The host was quick to respond to inquiries. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Overall a great place if you want to be near the village, but not in the village.

Easy location

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location with easy Shuttle pick up right in the parking lot. Was 3 flights of stairs up and The living room futon couch was just alright . It was comfortable for a couch but unless as a bed. We didn’t need it though. Our 3 year old loved sleeping in the window bed upstairs. Would recommend this place to a friend

Ski in, hike out, nice kitchen!

This condo has a great location and we really could ski in and came home for lunch each day. The kids loved that. This is a condo for athletes! We chose to hike 5min up the hill with skis (before big snow) and you can always take the shuttle. There are 3 flights of stairs plus the loft and 1.5 flights outdoors from the car to the building. The kitchen is lovely and has a dishwasher, but could use a better pan assortment. Nice set of hooks and boot trays. That sofa is not at all sleepable for kids or anyone. My 5'9" son slept on the daybed and was perfectly happy there. Overall we loved this location and the condo's in great condition.

Nice Location to Ski

Our family liked this loft to ski at Northstar. We loved that parking was easy, directions about our stay were clear, the place was clean and pleasantly warm, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Our child didn’t use the couch for a bed, but opted to use the daybed upstairs and liked it. We did read other reviews and we also wanted to mention that it is a trek up to this loft. Be prepared to haul everything up a bunch of stairs. Also, if it’s snowing at night, the snow will accumulate on the roof and we woke up a few times from the rumbling of the snow sliding down the roof. We used white and ambient noise, but if you are a light sleeper during snow, be prepared. The Northstar shuttle was surprisingly slow during our stay. We have had other good experiences with it in the past so maybe it was just this time? These are minor inconveniences, so we would stay again.
