Thoughtful floor plan with modern décor, 3 ensuite bedrooms plus a chef’s kitchen, and patio with gas fire pit. This spacious home is perfect for families to relax with separate sleeping and entertaining areas, providing plenty of peace and tranquility after a fun day on the mountain or at the lake.

The main level features an open concept living space where the living and dining rooms flow effortlessly into the stunning chef’s kitchen. The main living area offers plenty of seating and natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for curling up to watch a movie or read a good book. The space features beautiful wood accents throughout and opens up to the back patio complete with barbeque grill and firepit.

Martis Mountain Gem is a newly constructed mountain lodge in Schaffer’s Mill featuring a sleek & comfortable aesthetic. This townhome features 2,593 square feet of living space spread out over two floors. The Master Bedroom can be found on the main level with king size bed, and ensuite bath featuring a separate shower and tub. Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms: One features a Queen size bed with ensuite bath. The other features plenty of extra space with a King size bed and ensuite bath, perfect for larger families and entertaining guests!
