The Space:

The living room is situated with comfortable seating gathered around a flat screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. From, here you can access the balcony, furnished with outside seating and a BBQ grill. Have outdoor cookouts during the summer and grill up your favorite ribs/burgers! The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. At the end of the day, gather around the dining table for 6 and exchange stories over a homemade meal.



Downstairs, you can find a spacious game room with a ping pong table, Smart TV, and mini-fridge. Get some friendly competition going or stream your favorite Netflix or Hulu specials!



The main bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has an en suite and is furnished with a King bed and a bunk bed (not full sized) nook, great for the kids!



There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.



Guests staying at the property have access to 6 passes that gain access to the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). More information can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.



2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions

Please note, Short-Term Tenant Card access will be blacked out on the following dates:

• Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)

• Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)

• May 23-25 (Memorial Day)

• July 1-5 (July 4th)

• Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

• Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

• Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Short-Term Tenant Cards are not required for public amenities. Short-Term Tenants are always welcome at the public amenities. Public rates apply.

Daily Access Rates apply for private amenities.
