Excellent home, excellent communication and ease with all things booking/info/checkin etc. Well-appointed kitchen, comfy beds and pillow, perfect for 2 families (2 King masters with en-suite bathroom and plenty of extra rooms/beds for kids). Clean, well-functioning hot tub. All was great - would come again!

Perfect Truckee location and awesome house

This house was perfect location, nice yard with seating in front and back, plenty of wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, and lovely kitchen. I will try to stay there again if returning to area.

This home was amazing!! The hot tub was great, the home provided tones of blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen was fully loaded, games, and much more. The rooms were big, bathrooms clean and big. You are located close to everything in Truckee. Over all this was a fabulous home and I would stay again.

Great Truckee Home

This home was very well stocked and clean. The location is wonderful, close to downtown Truckee and ski resorts. There is plenty of room and a beautiful backyard.

Clean and excellent location

Stayed with friends and two little ones. Place was very clean, allowing the little ones to roam around. Excellent location near grocery stores. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Fireplace is cozy

Felt Like Home, Only Better!

The layout was perfect for our group and the backyard was beautiful! We found ourselves wishing we had an extra day just to enjoy it more. The location was super convenient and the customer service was impeccable. They were always quick to respond to our questions and were accommodating to our needs. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Truckee! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay in Truckee - would absolutely return

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Truckee! I'm generally very cautious about booking VRBOs that are company-managed (vs. individually managed), however I was *extremely* happy with the Tahoe Signature Properties' communication and all over management. The house was much bigger than I thought it would be, was spotless, had all the spices we could want, and was all around fantastic. We only wish there was a hot tub! The location was great and right near both downtown Truckee & the highway (extremely easy to get to Palisades). The management was very accommodating as your plans changed and very helpful in case issues came up (none did).Overall great stay and would definitely return!

Very Comfortable and Convenient Location

What a wonderful home. We were up visiting for a week. Husband/I worked remotely in the home while son attended an overnight camp in Palisades. We were also up for a sports tournament which lead us to North Tahoe Fields as well as Truckee high. We were centrally located to both. Home is perfect to hang out in while on vacation and also provided plenty of space to be able to work remotely if needed. Neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to stores, restaurants, and walking accessibility was great. House was very clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again.
