Seen sea, parking, renovated in 2014. Exposed beams. Beach Hut, access to large private terrace facing the sea and direct access to the beach. 5 beds: a sleeping room and a bed 2 place 140 in the first room, a convertible two-seater in the turret. Right on the ocean and close walking distance to shops. Very welcoming hosts. It was very thoughtful of them to include some beach gear. The apartment was fairly small for four people, but we knew that going in. The goal was to spend most of our time outside. Good Wi-Fi and TV service.

Dommage que les horaires d’arrivées et de départ figurant sur l’annonce ne soient pas les mêmes que ceux du livret d’accueil. Un peu compliqué quand on arrive par le train.

Un séjour bien agréable en bord de mer

L'appartement est situé dans une belle villa avec un accès direct sur la plage. Il est fonctionnel et correspond à la description faite dans l'annonce. De la chambre, on a une belle vue mer. La possibilité d'utiliser la terrasse commune de la villa permet de profiter pleinement des paysages et des couchers de soleil. Située au calme, on rejoint en quelques minutes à pied le centre ville. Le parking est vrai plus.

Un appartement chaleureux, convivial et cosy où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Tout est à portée de main, les pieds dans l’eau, avec une terrasse parfaite pour un brunch au soleil. Merci à Marc pour son accueil toujours au top ! On y revient depuis longtemps, jamais déçus.

Malheureusement l'appartement n'offre pas de confort pour plus de deux voyageurs dormant en lit double. Le mobilier est mal entretenu, les chaises bancales, le convertible est simplement indigne d'une location. Dommage, Marie Posa est une des plus belles maisons

Schöne Woche mit Einschränkung

tolles Haus mit Vergangenheit - Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen ausgeschrieben aber leider völlig undenkbar für das beengenden Quartier. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ich finde dieses als absolutes Limit. Schlafmöglichleiten im Wohnzimmer entsprechen keinerlei Standard - Stühle wackelig und teilweise kaputt absolut renovierungsbedürftig ! Preis zu hoch für diesen Standard.

Dans une vraie tour sur la plage avec parking

Globalement agréable pour un cours séjour hors saison, si on cherche ni la géométrie ni la perfection ni le neuf .... la vue sur la plage de la fenêtre au soleil couchant est inoubliable et la disposition d'une place de parking au pied de l'immeuble est un plus. L'accueil à l'arrivée est très accommodant (idem au départ).

Beautiful building, perfect location

Nous avons réservé ici intentionnellement parce que nous avions vu le bâtiment sur une peinture. Le bâtiment est magnifique et l'emplacement est parfait. La plage se trouve juste à l'extérieur et le centre-ville est accessible par une agréable promenade sur la plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé en bord de plage. À prendre en compte : il est indiqué qu'il y a deux chambres. Il est aussi précisé qu'il s'agit d'un deux pièces : une des deux chambres est donc aussi la pièce à vivre où se trouve la table à manger. Bon séjour !
