This charming 3 bedroom apartment is situated across the road from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and only a short stroll away Mont Choisy beach. The complex includes a shared front yard/garden, a large swimming pool as well as parking space.

Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, diving centres & public transport. A short drive north to Grand Baie and you will find more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping.

The apartment is situated at the ground floor of the complex and all three bedrooms have double beds and wardrobe/drawers for storage. Air condition is available in two bedrooms. Main bedroom has an en suite.

The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, breakfast bar and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Great location

Very well located, well equipped, everything worked, onsite support and cleaning excellent. Good and well maintained swimming pool. Recommended car hire very good. Both property and car hire represented excellent value for money.Good local facilities, lots of good and safe beaches for snorkelling. Local seafood restaurant Mediteranee reasonable, also Domain Vale worth a visitBeware Chikungunya exists in region so take care with mosquito protection - not life threatening but unpleasant and avoidable.

Great apartment with outstanding hosts

The property is on the Ground Floor in a great location between 2 of probably the best beaches in Mauritius namely Mont Choisy & Troux Aux Biche. There is a decent swimming pool (which is maintained to a great quality) & on site security (with a pleasant security guard). The host Eileen along with Jean-Michel were unbelievably responsive to any issues & made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The maid is also very nice. The only thing we would say is that it would help to have a car (as was recommended by the owner) as there are not too many good restaurants nearby, but we got round that with taxis.

Positives - had everything we required, felt very safe, good kitchen facilities, nice paved running route down to Trou aux Biche, owner was really welcoming and helpfulCons - slightly overpriced as needs some touch ups like exposed wires. Pool area nott that clean, child was sick and cut his feet on sharp bits

Perfect apartment

Really cant fault our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent being walking distance to mon choisy aand trou ou biches beaches, both of which are amazing. The apartment itself was in excellent condition and spotless and very well equipped. Good communication with the owner before arrival and jean michel was very helpful and welcoming when we did arrive. The shared pool does need a tiny bit of updating (some tiles have fallen off etc) but its a great facility and our two year old loved swimming in it. One minor downside... The main road nearby can be a little noisy, but its only a small problem and if you are on the terrace

Perfect quiet get away with pool and minutes from the beach

My wife, sister, and mom stayed at this wonderful floor level condo near the Mon Choisy beach. We stayed here for about a month from mid September to mid October. This place has 3 very comfortably sized bedrooms, perfect for accommodating 3 couples. The kitchen is super functional and we have had many breakfasts and dinners there. This place is perfect for relaxing. The private pool that is literally less than 10 steps away from the unit was used by my wife every morning while we were there. I personally like to take my morning walk along the Mon Choisy public beach that is only about 5 minutes walk away. This place offers free parking, and there is nothing like combining a rental car with this residence. You get absolute freedom to go anywhere on the island with a rental car, and the residence is an excellent base for your heavenly vacation on the island of paradise. Major shopping malls, bakeries, and groceries stores are literally minutes away by car or tens of minutes away by walk. Eileen the owner is a very friendly host. She is very approachable and reachable anytime. She made our stay painless, and made her property welcoming to the point it was the perfect home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely make this my place again, next time I return to Mauritius.

Perfect for us!

The apartment was very well equipped-washingmachine, ironboard, beachtowels, extra towels, all necesseary kitchen utensils, extra blankets and so on. Matresses looked brand new. Lovely pool which was cleaned every morning. Helpful and kind security-man at the gate. Loved the trendy little restaurant Refresh about 150m from the apartment -they had the best pizza! Recommend to have a car - supermarket Chez popo was about 1,5 km away ( the one in the neighbourhood wasnt to good). Perfect parkingopportunities at the residence -covered by roof and secured by a gate. Two choises of beach in walking distance. Trou aux biches was lined by palmtrees -looked like paradise. Mostly tourists there. Mont choisy beach lined with casuarinatrees ( i think?). More lokals there made it more interesting. Music, singing and a little Market one of the days we were there. At christmas eve we had the christmas gala dinner at Casuarina beach resort and spa. That was excellent and i really recommend it! The segashow with dinner at Coral azur hotel was a big disappointment. Right across the road from the apartment is Mont choisy beach club - for 500 rupi one can spend the day there ( and eat and drink for the amount payed to get in). We had a lovely time in our apartment and hope to come back again sometime!

Lovely place to stay

Very comfortable apartment fronting the pool which we all enjoyed. The apartment is very well located to nearby shops and to the lovely beach. Transfers were organised for us as were car rentals and everybody we dealt with were very nice and helpful.

Mixed feelings

When we arrived at Abrico apartments and were big shown around by Eileen, I have to be honest, our hearts sank! This apartment has does not appear to be have been ‘newly renovated’ as advertised! For a start, the door on the 3rd bedroom locks automatically, Eileen did warn us about this but I misunderstood what she had said and closed the door behind me one day to find it had locked. We spent a frantic 20 minutes trying to pick the lock when we found a key on the light switch in the 2nd bedroom which unlocked it. This has all sorts of safety implications that I’m sure I don’t need to explain There were dirty marks all over every wall in the property, broken furniture, dirty curtains and voiles, there were stains on the bed covers in the 2nd bedroom and everything just generally looked and smelt unclean and seemed old There was no wardrobe in the main bedroom, which wasn’t so much a problem for us as we used the wardrobes in the other rooms but if the other two rooms were being used that would not have been possibly The top of the toilet in the en-suite had been broken in several places at some point and glued together which looked really shabby, the toilet roll holder was broken and the tap was really loose The main bathroom looked dirty and old. The kitchen looked like the only part of the apartment which could possibly have been renovated but in my opinion this would have been some years ago. There was no hot water available in the kitchen sink and the utility area looked really dirty. I intended to do more cooking than I did as I couldn’t face using the facilities. One evening we were greeted with a cockroach on the kitchen floor, which scurried behind the units when we appeared. Whilst I realise cockroaches are unavoidable in hotter climates it was just another thing to add to our list of disappointment The patio area was reasonably nice, although the furniture was a bit dated and there was a broken light on the veranda This property did have a few good points. A good location, there was good water pressure for the showers, a good hairdryer provided, good air conditioning in the main bedroom, a nice pool area, English plug sockets had been fitted throughout which was of benefit to us being from the UK, there was always parking in a shady spot available and it was in a good location Whilst we understand this property was cheap and we were not expecting 5 star luxury, we were expecting clean and furniture and fitting that weren’t broke

Abrico, great value for money, best beach

We stayed at Abrico for 2 weeks, four of us, and loved it. The apartment has everything you need, has guarded parking, refreshing swimming pool. We had cleaning every other day. Jeannine was very kind, waited for us when we arrived and provided all the info we needed, and offered help, but we did not need it, since everything worked perfectly. The neighbours were quiet, mostly families or older couples. you may use two beaches, Trou aux Biches or Mont Choisy. We preferred Mont Choisy, it is more than km long, in a bay, has good facilities, lots of food stands, natural shade, great for swimming. We drove all around the island and agreed our choice was the best. The NOrthwest is not windy and has less rain than the South. If I went to Mauritius again, I would choose the same apartment

Neat and tidy apartment close to all amenities inc the excellent Mon Choisy and Trou Aux Biches beaches.Very warm welcome by Janine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive.Monsieur John Fraser ( maintenance man and gate keeper) was also always happy to help. Apartment owner Eileen was also most helpful and co operative.Close proximity to pool is also a big plus.Will definitely stay again when in Mauritius.

cela a été un vrai plaisir d’avoir été chez vous. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et aucun achat de première nécessité n’est à faire. Une voiture est quand même intéressante et Emma, que vous nous avez conseillée, est vraiment sympa, avec des prix très corrects. La proximité de la plage de Trou aux Biches a vraiment été appréciable. Jean-Michel a été au top pour toutes nos demandes et nous a conseillé au mieux.Le tout avec un tarif on ne peut plus correct pour la qualité de la prestation

A wonderful stay

We had a really great time in this apartment, slept very well in the beds, sat and ate comfortably on the terrace. We also enjoyed the pool (which could have been a little cleaner). It was really easy to explore the beautiful island from this location by car. The communication was uncomplicated and exceptionally friendly. Appartement 3 chambres confortable

Appartement spacieux et confort, avec 3 chambres, avec piscine et parking. Il est tout proche de la plage de Trou aux biches et juste à côté de 2 centres de plongée. Par contre, peu de commerce ou de restos à proximité. 2 bémols cependant, la résidence commence à être vieillissante (notament la piscine), et le ménage pourrait être fait avec davantage de soin.

The apartment was very nice with kids, just a step down to the pool. Very good equipment in the apartment, everything you needed was there. Walking distance to two beaches and the bus just outside. Very safe and quiet area. Not many restaurants around so if you don´t have a car it´s around 30 minutes walking distance to moore, not a problem for us because we like to walk. Same with supermarket. Eileen the host was amazing, she will help you with anything you need. She contacted us weeks before our stay and arranged transfer, early check in and late check out. When we arrived the kitchen were preperd with drinks and snacks, wonderful. We traveled with four kids (9, 7, 5 and 2yo) and can absolutly recomend this apartment.

Séjour Trou aux biches

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et à côté d’un excellent centre de plongée Blue Diving Water. Eileen est très accueillante et elle a réagit efficacement et rapidement lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Le gardien de l’immeuble est adorable. Nous recommandons cette location.
