Your stay includes cleaning services upon check-in and check-out. For stays longer than three nights, we’ll provide an additional cleaning service mid-week ensuring your space remains pristine throughout your visit. Additional services, such as laundry, private chef bookings, grocery service and transportation arrangements, are available upon request for an extra fee. In this incredible property, loud noise is allowed inside the facility out of respect for the other neighbors.
Children under 8 years old are not allowed for safety reasons as the property is located on the third floor.
Please keep the doors closed to protect the electricity of the house and to keep mosquitoes out.
If you want to use the gym, the HOA condo management will charge $10 per day.
