I booked this place months in advance, but when we arrived, he said there was a water issue

I booked this months in advance, but when we arrived, he said there was a water issue and had to put us at a different rental, which was outside of town and very far from the city centre. I chose a place right in the city centre so we would be close to everything.. When we were waiting for him at the first place, another couple came out and said they were renting the VRBO there.

Everything we needed in a nice building in Center of Tripoli

Very nice clean and simple apartment. We had all that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We didn't spend much time in the apartment except to sleep and shower. Has an elevator which is helpful. The host also provides a good parking spot just a block away. He was very nice.
