The property is surrounded by captivating nature and granite rocks shaped by the wind. It is the ideal place for those seeking a unique destination on the northern coast.

It offers the opportunity to stay in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Sardinia, with sea views and close to the Li Cossi beach.
An additional highlight is the new and elegant pool with an incredible sea view, shared only with the adjacent villa, Villa Giorgia. At the pool, there are sunbeds and a perfect area for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the Giorgia and Vittoria villas, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The villa is spread over a single level and includes two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – a large bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, and a shared area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for cooking. From the living room, guests can directly access the furnished veranda, which offers a splendid view of the sea.
