This beautiful family house with typical modern architecture is situated in little village of Bisko, in magnificent Dalmatian hinterland. And it is only 20 km away from Split, main city of Dalmatia. Also, the house is only 4 km away from a small town Trilj where you can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets. In area where is the house you have small market Toni (1 min with car).
The house position is ideal because the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes drive, together with dalmatian cultural, shopping and entertainment centre - Split.
But if you prefer to avoiding crowded public areas of the big city, you can enjoy the culture and convenience of the little picturesque town of Trilj, which offers many traditional events, lovely promenade by the river Cetina and is situated only 2 km away.
The mansion is surrounded by a huge garden with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many Mediterranean plants, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.
The swimming-pool, protected with the greenery from the curious visitors, is situated behind the house, dimensions of the pool is 70m2. Near the swimming-pool is a spacious terrace with pergola, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 340 m above sea level.
