The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a gas stove, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor comprises 2 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, complete with a shower and WC, and 1 additional room with a double bed of the same dimensions (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). A further shower and WC serves this level. Please note that one double bedroom is located outside the main apartment structure.
