Jessica was terrific! Our restaurant hostess was superb!

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. The only negative was that the mattress probably needed to be turned over. It was comfortable, but the wife and I ended up in the middle of the bed, because it had a low spot.

my stay was awesome. I went for a event happening in the track of Pasco. I loved my stay.

The hotel is close to everything, but in an area that is extremely quite. Living on a dead end street I look for a place like this.

The lobby was nice but very loud on a Fri. night with the bar right there. I didn't find anything extra special about this hotel while paying the extra price. The pool is tiny but better than none at all. Breakfast was not included in our cost for the room. The staff were very friendly and I liked that it wasn't on the main busy road. Overall... not a good value.

Enjoyed almost everything about the Hilton Garden. Nice lobby, very nice personnel, clean rooms, comfy bed. But the best was walking across the parking lot to the hockey game. Really good rate. The only problem was that the room above us was noisy - but I don't think they were all that loud - just lousy floor ceiling noise isolation. Still - really enjoyed the experience!

This hotel is conveniently located to shopping, a variety of quality restaurants, and has easy access to the highways. The staff was friendly and professional during check-in and during our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and called the front desk. The agent was very friendly and immediately brought one to our room. We had lived in the Tri-Cities before and knew the area very well. This is a great hotel and would highly recommend it for you next stay.

Stayed for 1 night; the room was ok, but they had old furniture, old tv, noisy AC unit; -the pool is small and crouded;

Basically, just slept there. I would use that hotel again.

This was a great hotel! The staff was/is WONDERFUL! The hotel was comfy without being stuffy. We really enjoyed the sunset from our room! Ask for a room overlooking the Lowes parking lot and you'll see a beautiful sunset! (the parking lot is hidden throught the trees!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience regarding your stay. I am happy to hear you found the hotel to be nice with very helpful staff. I am sorry to hear that your wife ended up in the middle of the mattress, as I am sure she was looking forward to getting a good nights rest. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
