Tresana, a small town in the heart of Lunigiana a few km from the toll booth of Aulla, is surrounded by greenery, perched on the hill with the ruins of the castle. The surrounding landscape is characterized by many paths and scenic roads. Its valley is crossed by torrents. Do not miss the Castle of Villa Di Tresana, completely restored and of rare beauty.
We are also located in one of the areas of the Via Francigena route, traveling here today in Lunigiana is a unique experience that allows you to relive the emotions of the ancient pilgrims. The succession of natural paths, villages, parishes and castles is a unique landscape to experience. In the restaurants in the area you can enjoy local meats, mushrooms, taglierini, soups, grilled meats and game, apple pie, buccellato and other homemade desserts.
The well-kept and completely renovated apartments are located in a strategic position with respect to many points of tourist interest such as: the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana, Carrara, Lerici, Portovenere, Monterosso, Isola della Palmaria, which are only 20 minutes drive away ; mountain places of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the villages and the numerous medieval castles that come alive with evenings and atmospheres of the past.

Cute, clean, and quiet apartment

Very cute and clean apartment. Had all necessities including a washer machine. Property is an old castle. Beautiful views. Neighbors friendly and area clean. Would stay again.

Very clean & well equipped

The apartment is located in a small hamlet with a big castle ruin overlooking it. There are a services (restaurants, shops) 15 minutes away. It is difficult to drive your car through the underpass into the hamlet if you have a larger car. It is very tight. Once you are through it, there is plenty of parking. It would be help ful if there were ice cube trays.

wunderschöner Ort

Tresana ist ein kleiner, ansprechender Ort. Die Wasserstelle in der Nähe besticht durch ihren Zauber, allerdings ist sie zeitweise etwas überfüllt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Allerdings muss bei der Reiseplanung berücksichtigt werden, dass die Suche nach einem Parkplatz zeitintensiv sein kann. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr nett und kompetent. Probleme wurden direkt bearbeitet und behoben, beispielsweise wurde der defekte Ofen direkt ausgetauscht. Bei der Internetpräsenz wurden zwei Sterne abgezogen, da eine genauere Beschreibung des Objektes hilfreich gewesen wäre. Ein weiterer Stern wurde bei der Lage der Umgebung abgezogen, da man definitiv auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Abschließend ist festzuhalten, dass wir ausschließlich Positives zu berichten haben. Wir verbrachten vier äußerst angenehme Wochen in Tresana.

Mooie locatie in Borgo

Mooi gebied met interessante plekken om te bezoeken. Prima huis, goed geoutilleerd. Buitenplek viel heel erg tegen; alleen mogelijkheid om op een plek in de volle zon te zitten. Van 10.00-19.00 zon. Geen schaduw.
