Room was spotless shower was clean glass door was spotless. People working there were so helpfull. The morning breakfast was The Best. Only thing i would like to see is a hand held shower option i have special hearing aid and do not want them wet

The room was 68°F upon arrival, which is not acceptable for December in Pennsylvania. The heating system malfunction after running for about 45–50 minutes, it shut off and the AC turned on automatically. We had to raise the temperature to 77°F and turn the system off overnight to avoid getting cold, especially since the bed is right next to the HVAC unit. This issue seriously affected our comfort and sleep

Your amenities listed on Travelocity stated there was a shuttle for train station pickup, but there wasn’t. It stated that there was a restaurant that served dinner, but again there wasn’t. Staff at the check in was not friendly or personable at all. The only smiling, friendly and helpful person we encountered was Constance who worked at the breakfast. Most of the others never looked up or made eye contact at all.
