This villa, recently renovated in a modern and captivating style, offers every comfort and is set in an exclusive location: a private, unspoiled, and panoramic area perched above the lake. You can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape from the expansive terraces, the garden, and the rooms.
The villa is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, you'll enter a bright living room with a dining table and a relaxing area with satellite TV, connected to a modern kitchen and another living room that opens onto the terrace. There is also a service bathroom on this level and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a French bed (140 cm), an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a cosy sitting area that opens onto a terrace with lake views. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The spacious outdoor terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with a relaxing area furnished with comfortable sofas. The pool, located under the portico and shielded from the sun, is surrounded by loungers and a covered sitting area.

Lake Garda Family Holiday
The villa was superb. Great facilities and also great separation between the living/sleeping areas. Really convenient location for the town but remote enough for complete privacy. Kitchens were fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need.
Incredible views over the lake.
