For a luxurious family or group stay in this beautiful town on the Trebišnjica river, we offer a luxurious villa surrounded by the watercourses of the Trebišnjica river, which is divided into 3 watercourses (the place is called Rastoci for that reason), and which is only a 10-minute walk along the river to of the center of Trebinje.
The villa has a living area of 150m2, with a total capacity of 8+2 people. The villa is surrounded by greenery and in front of it there is a beautiful swimming pool 8x4m with pool kitchen, barbecue and dining area.
On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable living room with a dining room and a modern kitchen with access to a dining terrace with a view of the river, and a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a winter (glazed) terrace as well as a large open loggia with a view of the pool and garden. On the first floor there is a TV room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 single rooms, a large family bathroom with a washing machine and 2 intimate terraces overlooking the river. Although close to the city and numerous city events, the villa is surrounded by greenery and flowers for an intimate atmosphere of vacation in nature.
It has central heating, and all rooms are air-conditioned. It has high-speed optical Internet for Wi-Fi, cable TV, and each room and all common areas have their own TV receivers. Next to the house is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
