Great location for walking to shops and restaurants.

Had a hard time taking a shower. No pool facilities. There was no one there if you needed help like the TV that would always say No signal

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is older, so dated decor and bathroom, but still had a nice stay. Plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants.

We were looking forward to our stay after reading that the establishment had been recently remodeled. Prior to check in, we were told our room would be ready by 1pm. Upon our arrival at 2:30pm, no employees were there. After calling the number taped to the office door and having to wait, staff arrived. We were first brought to a room that had not been cleaned since the previous guest's check out, and were asked to wait another hour. After expressing our frustration, we were brought to a different room which was ready. That was our last interaction with any staff. The new room had stained sheets and floors. Water temperature fluctuated during showers and I feared my 4 year old getting burned. Guests coming in at 1:30am could be heard through paper thin walls. The location itself was perfect, however, right in the middle of Glen Arbor and walking distance to shops and dining. We were minutes from Sleeping Bear. Parking was free & convenient. I was glad we only stayed one night though and would likely not return.

Nice place and adequate enough if just planning a nights stay.

Very nice, within walking distance for everything.

Friendly staff everything is just in the walking distance room is clean and cozy always can get hot shower beach is just nearby so as restaurants and shopping

The comfort and ambiance of another time. We had the perfect room with a porch to the courtyard. Room was immaculate and had a fire place. Breakfast was more than adequate. If you like comfort and style you will love this Inn.

Very friendly and caring staff(?) / hotel owners. Furniture, bathrooms a bit dated, but clean and in working order.
