When you travel for work, this hotel is worth considering. It has a good quality/price balance, is located near the A6/N104 and allows for an easy connection with Paris through the nearby RER station. Rooms are large, well equipped, and clean. The restaurant offers a decent choice of dishes and there is a workout room and a swimming pool. In the summer the outside terrace is a place to relax. The breakfast options are more than basic but could do with some more options although the choices are more healthy than in other places. It is a quiet area with only a few options for those whom would like to get a bit of action, but often enough, a long working day ends early, and then the beds are the perfect place to recover and these are very good. Not too soft, but well supporting a tired body.

In the center of toulouse at place wilson its beautiful interior and rooms and glass roof for the breakfast this hotel is beautilly designed spacious rooms electric glass for the bathroom for transparence and opacity The barman was great Beds are very fgood i had a great night thank you

I stayed 2nd October until 4th due to problems at Manchester Airport we did not arrive until 11-20pm the check In was arranged very quickly, by 11-40 we were having a meal next door at the pizzeria. The room was large with a lovely double bed,the Bathroom had a great shower very easy to use not like other hotels Ihave stayed in. The only slight complaint was the lack of tea and milk only 2 sachets, I mentioned to reception and within 5 minutes I had ample. The staff were very professionaland helpfull they even lent me a charger for my mobile without any fuss. The Breakfast was excellent plenty of options all fresh including Eggs,Bacon,Sausage which I did not expect. Overall with the locality of the Hotel very much in the centre of Toulouse within minutes of the Restaurants and Bars I would certainly recommend this Hotel.

I sadly missed my flight, because I was stuck in a train of "Deutsche Bahn". As soon as I knew, that I wouldn't make my flight, I let the hotel know via email. Even though I couldn't show up I was charged the full price. It's clear, that I won't get all my money back. But charging even for the cleaning of the room - which obviously did not happen - is just greedy business. So I would never recommend booking a room there. So this was 180€ for not being able to show up.

For business I travel to our Toulouse office, and regularly stay at the Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit small, but work well. The wifi connection is a bit spotty at times. What I love best is the location. It's in the heart of downtown Toulouse center, close to shopping, pubs, and restaurants.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was big, not all expected items for a 4 stars hotel (no slippers, no shower helmet, no bath robe). Strange wall in the bathroom (glass one which transformed from mat to transparent by pushing a button).Minibar had only one 0.5 l water bottle. Coffee, tea and sugar to prepare yourself in the room were available. Loved the bed and pillows - slept very well. Breakfast was good, except coffee. You had warm and cold food selection, but all days the same. Surroundings are nice, and you are close to a lot of attractions. Just around the corner the commercial street, including Galerie Lafayette, and restaurants. Metro station also 400 meters.

I am a fan of Novotels, and this one is perfectly located in Toulouse! And they have bathtubs, which is important to me!! I ate Diner at the restaurant associated with the hotel - word of warning- you can not charge to your room!

I spent a few days in Toulouse recently, I’m a photographer & often do random trips to keep my images fresh. Normally, I’m quite happy to slum it, however, I had a friend visiting from overseas & decided to spend a little more money & order a ‘Superior room’ thinking it would be a little treat. Although the room was clean & the bed was large & comfy, overall I was a little disappointed as the room was tiny & completely lacked the pizazz that one would expect from a Superior room at the Novotel. The real shocker was paper tea & coffee cups with instant coffee powder, this is in France where you assume the food & drinks would be of a superior quality. I love coffee & my morning cup is practically a moment of pure bliss before throwing myself into the chaos of the day... I have stayed at backpacker hostels in some really dodgy places & they give you real cups, what on earth are the Novotel thinking with paper cups & instant coffee? No doubt you could go down to the restaurant for coffee but when my hair is sticking sideways & my face still has the imprint of sheet creases, the last thing I want is to be in public, as for room service, they charge extra & the coffee is always cold. So, if you love coffee, either take your own machine or stay elsewhere, oh & the milk was those horrible little thimble sized containers where you practically need 20 to add a slight tinge of white to your beverage. The room looked out onto an unsightly rooftop covered with loud machinery that made it impossible to open the windows & enjoy the cool evening air. Thankfully, the windows were double sealed so when they were closed, the noise wasn’t a problem but I really don’t like to rely on air conditioning alone as it has a stuffy quality. The shower is large with good pressure, the problem was it is an open style with a small glass screen & no door, so no matter how careful I was, the bathroom floor became quite wet & the floor towel would be soaked, I know this may seem like a first world problem, but when I have paid fair bit of money for a hotel room, I expect a little better. Overall, the staff were friendly, the barman was very professional & the cleaners always ensured the room looked perfect when I got back late afternoon. However, as I previously mentioned, the room was extremely average & small, definitely not worth the money I paid. I have found in general a lot of the hotels close to town are asking far too much for their rooms, they use their location as the sole attractant & they don’t provide close to what I would expect in a hotel of that price range. The only reason I would stay at the Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson again is the location, it does have a fantastic location if you want to be able to explore town on foot. I think it is an excellent hotel for business trips, it has a wonderful conference room and the facilities are perfect, however, I didn’t find the ambience conducive to a romantic getaway or a chilled out weekend. I don’t think I will stay at the Novotel again, I’m discovering some gorgeous hotels out of town which are far better quality & work harder for the clientele, it means the extra expense of a taxi but it works out ok because the price for a room is a lot cheaper then the city hotels, just something to consider if you are coming to Toulouse. In conclusion, great hotel for business, excellent location & good facilities, not great to chill with a friend or if you are a coffee aficionado.

Clean and confortable rooms. Small like European hotels. In the centre of the city. Capitol is about 200 meters. Best chocolate shops are nearby. The place around is of eateries. Not much traffic around. Breakfast is good. Has a bar. Good place to stay on a short trip

It is just that our room was not what we had expected. We somehow landed a room with only roofline windows, so all we could see was the sky. My husband is 6 feet, he kept bumping his head on the slanted walls if he was not paying attention. The bathroom was strange. There were only two lights: one around the mirror that had minimum lumens like under 3000k.(normal is 6000K) and one sort of light near the toilet. The shower had no light at all. To get into this bathroom, one had to squeeze by the bed because the door only opened half way. I wonder if someone larger could fit through...again so odd. We were there for one night in Toulouse, passing through, not worth the trouble. If you plan to stay longer, check out if you are on a roofline floor...please for your own comfort.
