Brilliant location, but not too noisy. Nice outside courtyard area, and the hotel faces onto the central square. Friendly check in. Room basic but functional. Didn’t have spare pillows we requested. Bed linens and towels pretty good quality. Shower quite powerful. Breakfast cold options good, with fresh orange juice and fresh crusty bread. WiFi signal good over the whole hotel. Ice available from the bar if required. Would return.

This Ibis was in a great location right across from the main rail station. A great breakfast was included and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very affordable and there was a single bed in an alcove for our daughter.

Ideally located if arriving by train or via the airport bus, the hotel is also only around a 15 minute stroll from the Capitol and Toulouse city centre. Being the Styles brand of the Ibis chain the reception and breakfast area are brightly coloured, although it is an old building and upper floors lack the vibrancy, with stairs and floors creaking through visitor movement. Our room provided what was expected and the bed was large in dimensions. Staff on reception were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast buffet choice did not have the range that other Styles hotels have provided in other countries, and perhaps this reflects the French preferences, but some salad would have been welcome to accompany the bread, meat and pastry selection.

First of all, i'd like to say that I was greeted with a smile, excellent hospitality approach by your reception staff - it excelled what i've experienced thus far in France! Was very pleased to be selected Guest of the Day. Got a really spacious room with a balcony on the second floor. The hotel needs the rufurbishment but nothing major was missing. The room was clean and the train station is just accross the street with the airport bus stop about 3 mins away. Breakfast was great, fresh orange juice and everything on the table seemed fresh as well. One thing though, they do have raw eggs which you need to cook yourself. But it doesn't say anywhere that the eggs are raw. The gentlement next to me try to crack one open to find a surprise! Overall great stay! Thank you

Positive points: Excellent staff: friendly and polite, speak many languages Room pretty basic but has a huge bed and was nice and cozy in winter Plenty of wardrobe space and shelves Quiet rooms look onto an internal courtyard and were quiet Breakfast includes real orange juice! -the type that you squeeze yourself in a machine and a basic but reasonable selection of mini pastries, varied breads, yoghurt, cereals fruit etc Great transport links - the main train station is just opposite, also the metro and the bus stop for the airport bus. Free tea and coffee in the reception area, table football and games. For improvement: Corridors are dark (you have to search for the light switch) and in some areas in disrepair due to the fact they are external, so exposed to the elements. This is a shame as it gives you a bad impression when you arrive and head for your room. The rooms themselves are in much better condition, although showing some signs of wear and tear (some mould in the bathroom sealant and grubby marks on the wallpaper - typical stuff). The room was nicely cleaned and tidied every day. Water pressure - its an old building so as you would expect, average water pressure but perfectly fine for showering (be patient if you want a bath, it may take some time to fill!). Overall: The hotel has great potential, but the state of the common areas (reception and breakfast area excluded) let it down. The building is pretty, the team are excellent and the rooms are spacious - this hotel could be a fantastic little IBIS if it was refurbished….

It gives you everything you want. The room is bigger than most and it provide you can ask for. Across from the train station and closer to everything you want to visit locally. I had a injury and still did not complaint since everything was walking distance. Would not mind coming coming back.

I booked three nights at the ibis styles for a long weekend in Toulouse. Normally I go for the styles range because it's a chain and I don't expect to have any unpleasant surprises, this time I was disappointed. The first room we were assigned was on the 1st floor with no actual window, just a glass panel in the door with a corridor just outside. The bathroom was dirty and shower had quite a lot of mold. Second room was a bit better but the old painted wallpaper had stains and was torn in parts- looked nothing like the photos. We settled for the third room because we were told there was no better. There were ants on the windowsill. The old radiators smelled of dust, we're not effective and made clicking and banging noises that woke us up in the night. The shower had a fair amount of mold and the water flow wasn't powerfully enough to wash yourself easily- ladies beware it's impossible to wash long hair. The only positive point was that the staff were friendly. I have contacted ibis to discuss these points but I am yet to have a response.

Four night business stay. The location is very convenient for the train station, metro and airport bus. The room was compact but bright and cheerful with enough storage space and a work desk. Wi-Fi worked very well - definite plus point! Breakfast is included and there is bread/toast, ham, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and boiled eggs. And a good selection of tea bags. It's pretty decent. You can also get snacks and drinks in the evening, and a few hot dishes such as pizza, although I didn't try that. Also, a very nice touch is the complimentary 24h tea and coffee station - often with madelines or crossiants too. And a table football table! Staff are great! Warm, caring, friendly and happy to help. I'm sorry I didn't get individual names but everyone was wonderful. Only small issue to be aware of, elevator is old and small - 3 persons max, although not with luggage. I took the stairs most of the time (3rd floor) and it was no issue. Overall, a good low cost option with a warm friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is well located. Easy to get to using the shuttle bus from the airport to the station (stops just over the road from the hotel). Hotel has a interesting design and out room (on inner courtyard) was quiet and well furnished. Reception was really very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in our view a good selection - even is the breakfast area was a little cramped at times.

Clean, good location close to tram and bus station, good isolation in room so good sleeping provided. Size of room is decent, bed is big and comfortable and really best part of room! Staff pleasant, helpfull... Breakfast is ok just few reccomendations to be better; change way how to prepare eggs, make them scrambled and add sousages, then it would be really good!
