The staff was not very helpful. Was not rude either but not worry about making you feel welcome. Maybe because was already late when we done the check in. When asked about restaurants around the answer was MacDonalds. We drove around and we manage to get a nice restaurant.

Got in eventually

Apart from not being able to get a positive response to our phone call regarding arrangements for check-in on Saturday (Reception did not open till 6p.m.) the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was basic but perfectly serviceable and clean however unbearably hot with only a fan - no air conditioning, so very uncomfortable overnight.

Pour commencer: Toulouse! Du jamais vu. Les toulousains sont polit, respectueux, ouvert, serviable, sociable, simplement accueillant avec un grand A. L'hĂŽtel: trĂšs bien situĂ© en sortie de perif int. Dans une zone commerciale. Il y a un supermarchĂ© et un large choix de restaurant (pizzeria, macdo, dönner, tacos...) Un parking pour se garer. L'hĂŽtel propose le petit dĂ©jeuner. Si vous souhaitez visiter le centre, il y a des arrĂȘts de bus Ă  proximitĂ©, donc trĂšs bien desservie. Vous ĂȘtes au centre ville en moins de 20 min. (Transport trĂšs facile grace Ă  l'appli, claire et comprĂ©hensible). L'hĂŽtel est propre. Les chambres Ă©galement. Il est calme et bien frĂ©quenter (voyageurs). (Personnellement, l'hygiĂšne est le point qui m'importe le plus.) Pour une nuit ou 2 c'est trĂšs bien. Petite terrasse pour y prendre l'air. Le Personnel: Ă  l'image des toulousains... serviable et Ă  l'Ă©coute... Notre arrivĂ©e c'est trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©, les demandes de renseignements ou demandes particuliĂšres ont Ă©tĂ© satisfaites, mĂȘme au-delĂ  de nos attente. Un grand merci Ă  vous! Ce fĂ»t un plaisir.
