If you want a simple run-of-the- mill extremely modern and well located place to sleep this is the place. Lots of riff raff hang around outside and its extremely noisy late at night, its rooms are small but well lit with comfortable beds and a good modular bathroom, windows double glazed(not perfect but helps) Good brasserie next door.

This is a nice high-quality no frills city hotel with easy access to parking just 20 meters away. Room was large and modern; king-size bed was comfortable; and the bathroom was good with great water pressure in the shower. This was a quick overnight for us as we had some work to do in the vicinity. We would stay here again. Not a luxury hotel with lots of service but exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Check-in and check-out was very efficient.

The location is excellent. The hotel is in the center and within walking distance from every attraction or restaurant. it is very modern , clean and well kept. The rooms are modern, very clean and quiet, due to sound proved glasses. The only problem is that the rooms are small and so is the bathroom. We stayed one night in a Twin room which was reasonable. But the double room next night was small and not convenient. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. If you want to spend no more than 130 Euro in the heart of the town, this hotel is very recommended.

A no frills hotel that provided me with a great base for city exploring. The location was ideal with most key sights in walking distance and a metro stop right outside. Staff were courteous, happy to help, and could speak good English (my French is sadly lacking). The room whilst basic was a reasonable size and was very clean. Everything was efficient and run well, all in all a lovely stay without being anything special but then the price was good.

Efficient hotel. No particular charm (although the name is nice). We had a triple room which was good, clean, great beds. The breakfast is also good and gives a good choice of possible breakfasts including boiled eggs (but no cooked breakfasts). The bathrooms and toilet are integrated in the room separated by glass frosted panelling. A bit too intimate perhaps. But this is the center of town right in the shopping district with nice little shops and very near the big central Capitol square.

Booked this hotel very last minute. Was skeptical as what a fair bit cheaper than others in the same area. The hotel is quite modern and my single room was lovely, plenty of room for me and simple clean bathroom. I had a view on to the street which was nice, but this meant that the Saturday night was fairly loud! Other nights were fine though. Breakfast was simple continental but good enough range for me. The staff were incredibly helpful, in particular because I kept making them fetch cool packs which they had stored for me in their fridge for my insulin. Hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, shops, metro and Pont Neuf! Fully recommend. They also have a tasty (although not cheap) restaurant attached to the hotel if you do not feel like wandering too far.

Pere Leon is a good hotel. The location is great. The air conditioning in our room was fantastic. We hate noisy draughty air conditioning but this was perfect especially as it was very hot outside. The bathroom was too intimate, especially as the door didn't shut properly. The room was clean and comfortable. Toulouse was weird. I think we must have hit it at the last week of term as there was a big build up to the music festival when the whole town went crazy. None of the museums seemed to have their permanent displays which was disappointing and we couldn't appreciate the splendour of the square due to the big stage and seating. That said we had a lovely time and the students were very polite and friendly.

I liked this hotel. We stayed here for two nights. Great AC, very modern, well kept. We had two adults and a child, so that gave us a triple. I think the kids bed might be some kind of Murphy bed, but we couldn't figure if you could put it back. It was a little tight space, but for a big city with perfect metro access, I won't complain. The bathroom was built into the room with frosted glass, so you could keep people awake with that light.

After a brusque greeting and determination that our booking was prepaid online, we were assigned a room on the second floor. It's only window looked out on a walled air space so we used our phones to determine the day's weather. The room itself was clean and comfortable though small. The hotel's location is very convenient.

We were attending meetings in te Purpan area of Toulouse, but wanted to be in a more interesting part of the city. The Hotel Pere Leon fit the bill perfectly as it is literally outside the Esquirol metro, which connects at Arenes to the tram we needed for all our business. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, arranged for a taxi to the airport and provided some info about the area (although they probably should have known more about the local restaurants). The room was large and the bed VERY comfortable. The bathroom was a little odd in that the walls were frosted glass, so I think we both felt more comfortable while doing our due diligence to leave the light inside off and use the room light to take care of business. My two main complaints were that the wireless was often slow or non-existent and that there was a problem with our hotel safe. Otherwise, all was as it should be. We did not choose breakfast, so I cannot coment on that, nor did we need to park a car (although bringing a car as a tourist to inner city toulouse is a questionable decision). You are located 10 mins from capitole and 15 from the cathedral in a nice area. I would return without hesitation. ALso, their restaurant was very good, with good prices.
