From the hall you enter into the modern kitchen that is fitted with all modern conveniences. Besides this room you will find a separate room with the washing machine and dryer. Directly beside the kitchen you can all get together around the table. The dining room table offers space to 8 people! Inside the living room you also have a royal sitting area. The fire place will make for some snug evenings and of course a television is there too. From your lazy chair you can look out over the Mediterranean Sea. It doesn´t get nicer than that. Besides that, you will find a double with a bathroom ensuite on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be found on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bedroom and bathroom ensuite, the second bedroom has two single beds and in the last bedroom there is a bunk bed. What all these three bedrooms have in common is the beautiful view. Imagine this, you wake up, open the curtains and directly look out on the Mediterranean Sea glistening in the sun! When you arrive in Santa Maria de Llorel you pay a onetime €10(per car) fee for an entry ticket to the neighbourhood.
 
The surroundings of your villa

Villa Claire is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorel. This neighbourhood has its own sandy beach, bar/restaurant, swimming pool and supermarket. Now isn’t that convenient? Enjoy the sun and swimming pool around your own villa and the beach is so close too! Tossa de Mar is also definitely worth visiting. Tossa de Mar is one of the few Spanish seaside resorts with a well kept old centre. The castle Vila Vella with small streets and stairs have remained intact. In the romantic castle you will find many excellent restaurants and nice shops that make the search for a nice souvenir easy. Tossa also has a magnificent broad sandy beach. The green hills turn into a rough coast line, you will find small bays everywhere. More excitement can be found 8 kilometres in the other direction, where the always active Lloret de Mar is waiting for you. Lloret de Mar is a really lively place where you can of course enjoy the night life or entertain yourself in the nice streets with restaurants and shops. Another nice visit are the botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes and Vidreres, a typical Catalan town only 15 kilometres away. Not many tourists come here, so you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals. It has a nice church with lots of shops around it. Add to that the mild climate, the versatile Spanish kitchen and the many activities in the surroundings like a dolfinarium, golf courses, a water park and riding school and your holiday is complete. And at the end of a wonderful day you can always return home to your own villa Claire, where you can enjoy your own private sea view.
