Summary:
This property is located in Urb Los Frutales IV, along the Torrevieja/La Mata costline. This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and one family bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment overlooks the communal pool area from the balcony with views out to sea in the distance. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
Enter through the front door into long corridor, the first door to the left is the family bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet, sink and large vanity unit with mirror and storage space.
As you continue down the hallway you have succession the master bedroom and twin bedroom. The master has a double bed, bedside cabinets, and built in wardrobes.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds , a shared bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
At the end of the hallway is the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen is to the left and has a Kettle,hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc.
The lounge has an L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and a cabinet that houses the television. This property has both English and Spanish television. The Living room has air-conditioning only.
From the living room, you access the balcony; there you will find a 4 person dining table perfect for dinning al fresco.
The communal pool is in the centre of the community and surrounded by hedges and greenery. The pool has a separate kid’s pool and static umbrellas for lounging under.

The apartment is located in a gated community and there are stairs up to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The Property has 2 beaches one either side .Playa de los Locos beach in Torrevieja is a ten minute walk away and from there you are situated within an easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops and Playa Cabo Cervezeria in La Mata is a 6 minute drive away , where there is a Chiringuito and volleyball court. The nearest supermarket Consum is a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and about and make the most of your stay.

Déçu

Appartement en copropriété dont nous avons senti une ambiance froide. Dommage, nous recherchions un endroit proche de la plage afin d’éviter d’aller à la plage en voiture , au calme pour nous reposer. Il faudra faire attention à l’eau de la climatisation qui s’évacue dans un récipient situé dans le balcon car dans le cas où l’excédent d’eau s’évacuerait par le la pissette du balcon prévue à cet effet : l’eau se déversera sur le store banne du voisin du rez-de-chaussée et selon le président de copropriété qui est venu nous avertir vous risquerez de vous exposer à une sanction pécuniaire. Donc si vous souhaitez nettoyer le balcon il faudra veiller à ne pas déverser d’eau au sol!! L’emplacement de l’appartement n’est pas loin de la mer mais son accès est plutôt dangereux pour un enfant ( roche glissante ) Il faut aller soit à la Playa de los naufragos ou de la mata qui sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Accueil laissant à désirer de la part de la voisine proche du logement car elle laisse la Télévision allumée toute la nuit avec un niveau sonore trop élevé! Nous n’y retournerons plus.
