Cosy terraced house in a typical Spanish residential street in an area populated with friendly locals, and second home owners of all nationalities. Close (200m) to the sea. Various shops and numerous bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. 10 minute walk to popular las naufragos tourist beach and 20 minute walk to city centre. In summer local complex offers swimming pool, mini golf, amusements, bar and dining. Bus stop at end of the road. Property has cosy front terrace, rear courtyard for dining or lounging ( bbq provided) and a sun drenched balcony off one bedroom so you can enjoy lots of time outdoors. Kitchen has been completely refitted with all new units and appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. In the courtyard there is an seperate fridge so you can jeep plenty of cold drinks on hand. All bedding and towels provided, also there are chairs,toys and towels for your trip to the beach. Why not take a picnic, there are cool bags, ice packs and plastic plates for your use. TV in the lounge and WiFi throughout the property. Air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom and fan in 2nd bedroom for hot weather and cosy electric fire in the lounge should winter evenings turn chilly. Bring your well behaved pets too. 2 min walk to a park for you pooches and doggy beach nearby.
