Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

鍵について要注意です。

鍵の受け渡し、鍵の有効化など、事前に全く通知がなく、現地で大変な思いをしました。事前にメールを送ったところ、直接建物にいけ、とあったのでそうすると、建物には鍵がかかっていて入れない。ペリカン側に電話をすると、鍵は別の場所にある。やっとの思いで鍵を入手したが、やはり建物には入れない。他の人について中に入るも、エレベーターホールの鍵を開けられない。これも他の人についてエレベーターに乗るも、自分の部屋の階のボタンが押せない。他の人がボタンを押したあとなら押せたので、これでようやく自分の部屋に。この状態をペリカン側に伝えると、鍵問題はわかった、明日中に何とかする、と回答をもらうも、結局、解決したのは到着日を含めて7日後。それまでは他の人が来るまで待ってからでないと自分の部屋に入れないという日々を過ごさせられた。外出しても鍵のことが気になり、相当なストレスを感じていました。もちろん、毎日電話で状況説明、解決の依頼をしていましたが・・・ 　建物はユニオン駅まで徒歩8分程度。北へ行けばダウンタウンの中心部、南に5分歩けば海にたどり着く、などロケーションはよかった。 　部屋の設備について。テレビはwebチャンネルが100個以上登録されていたが、ほぼ見ることができなかった。DVDプレーヤなし。壁にかかっている時計には電池が入っていない。窓を閉めていてもすきま風が入ってくる。バスタブがついている。 　支払いは、直接ホテルで現地通貨で、と案内があるが、宿泊の1ヶ月以上前にカード会社にチャージされて引き落とされた。 　ここを利用しようとするなら、鍵について事前に十分な確認を行うことを強く推奨します。また、現地で通話ができるようにしておくことも重要です。また案内webページに書かれている事柄も、正しくないものが多く含まれています。 　私は二度と利用しようとは思いません。
