Perfect down town apartment.

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay down town Toronto. It is a little home away from home near great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, parks and is not too far from the Lake Ontario for walks. The area has a young get up and go vibe which I loved and is a very friendly neighbourhood. The apartment its self was clean, comfortable and has everything you need from dining ware, glasses, to an induction hob and oven that works perfectly well, dishwasher and basics like kettle, toaster and a large fridge. The apartments representative is Kathy who's communication is fantastic and prompt. She met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us great tips for the area. She was a joy to deal with. There are great transport links in the area including trams, buses and taxis. The closest train line is a good 20 minute walk away. I have nothing bad to say about the apartment, I loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be self sufficient during their stay here. Just remember this is not a Hotel but a home away from home.

Nice APARTMENT, NOT A HOTEL, staff is terrible

Apartment is close to Downtown Toronto, definitely walk-able in the summer time. Really nice apartment, nice bedding, nice living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Staff is beyond incompetent. It isn't an actual hotel. So you have to schedule what time you will be arriving so that they are available for check-in. Parking is available and included however, you need to obtain a permit, which will be given to you at a later time. Ended up getting a parking ticket because the staff did not renew my permit for the entire duration of my stay. Was refunded the parking ticket amount via Paypal instead of refunding my credit card like any other hotel would.

Excellent location for accessing the Royal

Attended the Royal last week...... the main draw for us being the horse show. Less than 10 minute walk to Exhibition Place; while others were sitting in traffic, we walked on by. !

Nice stay at JJ's

It was a great place near Liberty Village. We found it quiet and comfortable. The free underground parking was a nice surprise, but draw a map, it's easy to get turned around down there :D We found the checkin process to be very helpful, received a full tour of the premises. There are convenient breakfast places nearby and the tram runs right out in front if you want to head downtown without a car. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need. I'd stay there again.

Everything you need within Downtown TO

We were looking for a nice place to get away within downtown Toronto and found it. As a family of 4, we were looking for a place that had a full kitchen and comfortable, clean and quiet. The suite met all expectations. If you are tired of the Hotel environment and looking for a short term place that you can call home, this is perfect. The suite is situated within a condo, so expect feeling like you are at home... full kitchen, free laundry, free internet, all TV channels, comfortable furniture, contemporary design.... it was a nice experience... parking is free too! I would definitely stay here next time... forget about the pricey Hotels..this met all my expectations.. Thank you

Excellent apartment in Toronto

Excellent place to stay in Toronto. The apartment has everything you need for home to home comfort - Washing machine/dryer, dish washer,very functional kitchen, gym, even a car park. Location is very good as well, 10 mins walk to China town yet away from the noise.I will stay there again if I go back to Toronto.

Cute Room, But Not A Hotel..

This hotel is not actually a hotel. It is an apartment that they rent to long-term guests. You have to give a one hour notice to check in, and they meet you at the apartment with keys. There is no front desk and no cleaning service during your stay. It was a very cute room, well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay, however, if you like the flexibility of checking in and out and having all of the hotel amenities and services, this is not for you. Long term stays would enjoy.
