PROS: Room was absolutely spotless. cleaners came in daily to refresh towels and remake bed. You can book a ride in the Tesla for short trips (remember to book it when you arrive). Tennis was fun, roof top pool was amazing and screening room was more fun that i can tell you. Food great, service great.CONS: the pool had 2 loungers beside it (it is winter) and 2 small chairs. They could really use more as there was a lot of space and not enough chairs, even for the few people that used the indoor/outdoor pool in -20C weather! Also, the mattresses were a bit too hard and there should be more pillows on the beds (2 per bed is not enough - should be more as they were rather flat) - all in all - excellent experience and i would definitely go back again

My husband requested a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They wouldn’t pick him up. Then he requested that night a shuttle for the morning back to the airport. They said the were unable to do that. So needless to say he had to pay for an uber to take him to the airport. The shuttle was the only reason I booked this hotel. So not only was it an inconvenience it cost him for transportation. We will not book here again unless we are compensated for our unexpected expenses.

I stayed because I had an early morning meeting. The staff was very nice. However, the hotel restaurant and bar had both closed hours early, which is crazy for an international hotel of this caliber, especially one that’s not close to anything else. The TV in my room did not support streaming and staff were unable to fix it. They did upgrade me to a suite because of this. In the morning, I realized there were no coffee mugs in the room. The pool is on the rooftop, but the steam room is on the 4th floor? The bar and restaurant by the pool were not operating. The year-round “heated pool” was not at all hot. Every step I took to have a convenient stay actually resulted in further delays, which was very disappointing. I would have been better off staying home.
