After a long day the check in was good with the front desk. Our room was clean and beds were comfy only issue was there was a vent blowing directly in front of our door at 424 and the noise was very loud we ended up putting towels under the door so we could sleep, we did ask a maintenance guy in the elevator about this and he was very rude this can be said for most of the staff except the front desk. Also there should be more seating at the breakfast area aas prettg crowded.

I arrived to the Hilton November 18 2025. Upon arrival the front desk concierge was not pleasant, she also charged my credit card for three hundred dollars claiming that it was a holders fee that would be released after three days. It’s been a week and I have yet to receive my refund! I honestly did not appreciate the treatment at this particular hotel and I don’t think it would be wise to book if scamming is present within the establishment

Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable. After using the bathroom, the toilet became clogged and I wasnt able to get it unclogged until the next day. Staff was kind and helpful.

I have stayed at this properly multiple times every time I travel to Toronto this is my go to hotel. The hotel is very clean staff is very nice it is at a convenient location. Parking is free breakfast is included. Definitely a 5 star. 😀
