Dear Sir,I would like to inform you of the following:I booked an accommodation in the property ID 3739875 reservation ID HA-7D3ZVK for my son to stay in it for one month, based on the specifications provided on the website.However, upon my son’s arrival on 30 August , it turned out that the specifications were inaccurate. In terms of cleanliness, the place was extremely dirty and unfit for any normal person to live in, in addition to other issues.My son vacated the room after staying only one night. He and his companion contacted the landlord to inform him that they did not wish to continue with the accommodation and that they wanted to reach a solution regarding the refund of part of the amount paid. Unfortunately, the landlord hung up the phone on my son.I hereby submit this complaint against this property, requesting that you consider compensating me for the loss I have incurred.

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The location is ideal. We had the freedom of no intervention from the owner. I would like to stay at this place when I go back to Toronto.
