Close to Eaton Center. Not great restaurant choices in the area. Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good but really expensive. The front desk staff was very helpful. Unusual to not have bell staff to help with bags. Parking was very tight, even with a small SUV.

Incredibly clean facility. Lobby was beautifully done up for the holidays. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. A special shoutout to Ryan at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful! I forgot my toothpaste and toothbrush at home and he was very quick to provide me with a complimentary set. This was my first but certainly not last time staying with Doubletree. Fantastic experience

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and I was provided with water every time I ask without hesitation. The front desk was very efficient and ensure that I had options. It is my fave hotel to stay at so far and it is affordable, close to the downtown core with lots of food options too.
