Welcome to our custom built (2006), classic two bedrooms apartment, located in a quiet, family-friendly, and luxury South Richvale neighborhood in Richmond Hill. Only minutes from HWY 404 & 407 & 400, & countless shops and restaurants.
The lovingly curated space is a walk-out basement apartment at lower level of our custom built home, Master Bedroom and Living room are 100% above the ground, extremely spacious and has tons of natural light, both have a stunning view of our backyard filled with beautiful greenery and swimming pool. This suite has an unprecedented ceiling height of 10 feet. We've taken care of every detail to offer familiar comforts and a peaceful atmosphere. The space: This beautiful fully equipped 800 square feet 2 bedrooms ensuite features high ceilings, pot lights throughout and tons of natural light from its large windows. You can enjoy an open concept living and dining space. We have security cameras to protect your safety stay, those cameras would cover front door area, driveway, backyard, swimming pool and patio
Each bedroom features a Queen size bed with bedding, a double-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Access: Guests will have exclusive and private use of our 2 bedrooms suite, providing ample space and complete privacy for your stay. There is a private entrance at the right side of the home. Key is kept in the lockbox, which offer 24/7 self check in. You will have 1-2 parking spots on drive way. Guests also have private access to the backyard space and outdoor pool.
Swimming pool will not be rented/used for party purpose, only registered guests can access the pool, and maximum guests are 6.
Swimming pool can not be used at any time without landlord present at extra $30/hour. Landlord can help guests cooking BBQ while surveillance the pool. Life jacket and Life ring which we would provide, must be worn at any time when using the pool, including adults. Your safety is our biggest concern.
In July & August 2026, only 1 quiet landlord would be living upstairs of the house. We do not have access to your unit. We have our own private entrance as well. None of the amenities are shared.

the place around the property is really beautiful but the place itself is average. there’s not much stuff, I just wish there’s an extra towel (which I did ask the owner about) and a few more extra necessities like extra toilet paper, slippers, and kitchen utensils. The pillow is also a bit too thin and I just wish there’s more pillows since there are 5 of us. Overall, the place is pretty good, its chill and its a nice place to stay, I just hope there’s more to it tho since the place is pretty bare.

Disappointing
Our recent stay at this property was disappointing. The host was not receptive to our feedback so we do feel like we need to let others know what to anticipate if they choose to book this rental. There were many deficiencies, hygienic concerns, and misrepresentations all of which the host denied. I will not list them here but do have pictures to substantiate. We have booked innumerable times through VRBO and this is the only time we have ever made a complaint. We did not stay the last night despite paying for it as we were so uncomfortable. The host refused to acknowledge any of our concerns, but VRBO reviewed our concerns via pictures and agreed they were warranted. I hesitate to write negative reviews knowing that many rely on the income of vacation rentals and had the hosts been willing to work with us we would have made something work. I am hopeful that they do consider and implement some of our feedback to make this into a rental that is acceptable to paying customers.
